06/01/2025: Being a regular customer of the roadhouse I had good expectations about this chain of places, which is managed by the same ownership. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. What I ate was well cooked but there was absolutely no flavour. The same cheesy quesadilla is not as good as the one from “neighbor” (which should basically be the same). I also got a chicken burrito, which tasted like nothing and which I didn't finish. Mexican food should be an explosion of flavors... where have the flavors gone? Fast and precise service, but it's not enough if this is the product. Sin.

30/12/2024: the small and nice place with continuous opening hours, convenient for those who are passing through and would like to have a snack, BUT to go to the bathroom you have to go to the adjacent road house only during the opening hours of the restaurant, so if you want to have a snack or dinner before 7pm you have to keep it... without mentioning the fact that for those with a weak stomach it's a big problem because the food is really poor, we paid 37 euros for 3 burritos and two drinks, we had to throw everything away and run home with the stomach ache, huge burrito chock full of overcooked and not very fresh basmati rice, poor sauces and bad taste that lingers for hours, in addition to heartburn and intestinal bloating, the piadina with kebab also had a bad smell and aftertaste of spoiled meat immersed in sauces, I've been to fast food restaurants in Italy but something like this has never happened, it feels like I ate in a bad neighborhood in India

09/10/2024: Excessive cover charge! I didn't check the price before sitting at the table: €2.70 per person! I would have expected it perhaps on the port and with a table set up differently, but not outside the center and with the placemat with the menu printed on it. However the service was fast.

23/09/2024: Ordered a mezzo, i.e. half a liter of red wine. A quarter has arrived. Then another quarter followed the hint. However, despite advice and consultation from the waitress, we had to pay the price for 2 quarters. About €5 more. Not very customer friendly, not recommended.

29/06/2024: Rudeness. We wanted to sit at the tables outside for breakfast. We go in to ask... if we had to queue for the bakery, if we had to ask directly at the pastry counter or if there was service. The person who was with me asks “I SORRY, for the bar service?” The response of the brunette girl at the bread counter was “you have to go that way.” Pointing to the pastry counter. But the shocking thing was the face the sales assistant made as soon as this person turned around. I saw her because I was a little distant. A grimace as if to say “how do you not know?!? it's obvious!" (I write this in a polite way) - and no, it's not obvious at all! But even if it were, it doesn't justify you - as she told her colleague what the question had been, rolling her eyes and making a grimace on her face and sticking out her tongue to make fun. The place is full of people and he allows himself to make fun of customers while they are now turned away and cannot see, but above all while he is serving others. Embarrassing. Needless to say, I just told the person who was with me that we were leaving and that was it. And she wasn't told anything because the place was full of people. You should remember that people see you. You are not a call center.

18/05/2024: This morning I had breakfast at this bakery and the cappuccino is good and the brioche is fresh

17/12/2024: Premetto che sono andato solo ad acquistare il panettone e spero sia ottimo . Sono rimasto leggermente deluso dallla pasticceria come locale , mi aspettavo un posto ordinato , non dico elegante per carità , non è che deve essere un posto esclusivo o VIP , però , non so , i panettoni messi lì così all'ingresso ammontonati , caos nella zona bar tra dentro e fuori , gente in coda alla cassa , tutto questo è un peccato. Conosco molte pasticcerie che a livello di primo impatto sono migliori .

10/12/2024: Quando il personale ti rovina una carriera!!! Dopo aver speso 103,00 euro per tre panettoni da 1/2 kg e tre monoporzioni (un maritozzo e due tiramisù) ho chiesto una busta grande alla Signora alla cassa, per mettere i panettoni dentro (visto che fuori diluviava e alla macchina (parcheggiata lontanissimo per una logistica scomoda del negozio) non arrivavo con le scatole integre in mano, mi sento rispondere che per quattro panettoni me la poteva dare… ma per tre no… ma scherziamo…. Purtroppo avevo già pagato con il bancomat …. pensare che ho pure fatto tantissimi kilometri per andare alla pasticceria del Signor Massari. Fortunatamente ho limitato la spesa per provare prima la qualità dei panettoni…. Mi spiace per il carisma del Signor Igino che fa vedere in televisione, ma il personale (soprattutto la Signora in cassa) lasciano desiderare…. Scortese ed indisponente… Mai più !!!!

01/12/2024: Una fregatura colossale hanno fatto il menu bambina,praticamente uno sputo di piadina ,piccolissima 7.50 sconsigliata meglio il mec è il king ! Una ladrata così mai vista ! Non andateci. Pentita di essere venuta a buttare in soldi !

24/08/2024: The product I ate in this place is average compared to all the other restaurants in the same chain. The problem is that the quantity and quality of the ingredients has decreased a lot compared to a few years ago (piadinas almost empty inside) and the price cannot be justified in any way. Too bad, because it's not just one point of sale. A positive note is the staff, who however are kind and friendly.

20/08/2024: This BRT point lost my package. I do not recommend. (I brought the parcel but it was not delivered to me at the BRT point on the platform. I went to them again but the parcel was no longer found. They told me the parcel had already been collected by BRT but after 2 weeks the parcel could not be found there. nowhere. BRT told me the parcel was delivered but it wasn't delivered to the BRT point on the platform
