I migliori ristoranti in Brescia

02/01/2025: Mi permetto di scrivere per esprimere la mia delusione in merito alla recente esperienza presso la vostra struttura. La location è veramente splendida, ma purtroppo non è stata sfruttata al meglio, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la qualità della cucina. Ho ordinato un antipasto e un primo piatto, ma entrambi sono stati tra i peggiori che abbia mai mangiato. La preparazione e i sapori erano davvero discutibili, ben lontani dalle aspettative che mi ero fatto. Seppur la sala e il servizio siano stati buoni, la cucina è stata purtroppo un vero punto negativo. Credo che un investimento su un cuoco competente e su un miglioramento della qualità dei piatti possa fare la differenza e valorizzare davvero il vostro ristorante. Sarebbe un peccato non riuscire a offrire un'esperienza completa, considerando il potenziale della location. Peccato veramente.

01/01/2025: Mangiato al freddo senza alternativa nonostante avessimo prenotato per tempo. Cenone ultimo dell'anno. Coperto raddoppiato, e riscaldamento inefficace. Prezzo ovviamente adeguati al cenone ma cibo al limite della decenza. Alle nostre lamentele nessuna ha dato una soluzione o almeno delle scuse ed un tentativo per farci capire che si trattava di un errore. In 4 in famiglia trattati veramente male, personale apparentemente cordiale ma inefficace.

02/01/2025: Fama immeritata. Brioche (alcune) buone, ma non alta pasticceria. Panettone classico buono; quello al pistacchio deludente. Personale e titolare poco cortesi. Diciamo che si sono montati la testa e credono di essere il meglio in circolazione… spoiler: no!

30/12/2024: Servizio eccellente, professionale e cortese. Il caffè con schiuma richiesto era perfetto come la qualità del prodotto scelto. Il personale gentile e sorridente.

11/10/2024: At the end of a beautiful day there should be an ice cream. Spontaneously just sat down and ordered. The ice cream sundaes were delicious and the prwis was normal. Nothing to complain about

09/12/2024: Sempre cordiali e gentili, nel settore della ristorazione sanno come muoversi. Il locale ha arredi abbastanza moderni e accoglienti e c'è anche uno spazio per bambini. Il cibo nella versione alla you can eat è buono, ben presentato e arriva in fretta.

17/02/2025: Rude staff, you pay 20 euros and they kick you out after half an hour, telling you that you danced badly and that the alcohol ran out immediately

08/04/2025: The worst place ever. I saw a rat running from the kitchen on my way to the toilet. The lady manager started acting out and screaming at me for no reason at all. The waiters don't know a single word in English. I was given a change of 7.5 euros in 10 cents. Very irrelevant :)

06/04/2025: Negative review Experience definitely below expectations. The food is of medium-low quality, nothing particularly special or that justifies the final price. However, the main reason for my negative review concerns the payment management, which to define as questionable is an understatement. There were 6 of us and the total bill was 152 euros. We asked to be able to pay equally and separately, around 25 euros each, but we were told that it wasn't possible because "it doesn't add up at the end of the day". A motivation that I find unacceptable. As an entrepreneur, I cannot justify such management. If the accounting system of a place goes into crisis because six customers simply want to split a bill, then the problem is certainly not with the customers. It is a question of internal organization, and demonstrates a lack of attention to the customer experience. A restaurant that can't even manage a fractional payment, as well as offering mediocre dishes, is out of the question for me. I will not return and will not recommend.

17/04/2025: The very nice bar, right in front of the parsley tree so parents can have a peaceful aperitif. The problem is the staff and in particular I am referring to the tall, thin boy as he has no tolerance and tact towards children, he shouts to keep them quiet and swears. I'm not speaking from my own experience because I certainly would have written worse but I'm referring to those poor tourists to whom he reserved such treatment despite consuming there. I conclude by saying that if you are burned out it is better to change jobs. There are many jobs and I don't think anyone forces him to stay here.

11/04/2025: Attention scammers! One portion of ice cream costs 10 euros! They ask which cone to choose and show only large cones to choose from. Despite asking whether it is a normal cone and the seller confirming it, when paying, it turns out that it is a large cone. The small, or normal, cones are hidden. The price also does not match the posted price list. Poor quality ice cream. Avoid this place!

11/04/2025: Merenda golosa con tanto di bis. Buonissima. Andiamo sempre a Padova (siamo di Verona) ma sinceramente dopo esser stati qui ci torneremo. Personale più accogliente,esposizione della merce migliore e tutto più curato.

04/04/2025: Pausa merenda dopo aver fatto acquisti nel centro commerciale; bibite alla spina a volontà ma funzionanti solo 2 gusti, dolce svedese molto unto e poco dieribile... Peccato!

Location da paura: accanto al fiume Frigidolfo e davanti al palcoscenico delle montagne: da brividi Servizio gentile e rapido, mangiare tutto buono e non troppo speziato, porzioni generose, scelta buona Prezzi leggermente alti ma la posizione lo prevede Consigliato

26/03/2025: I gave one star because you can't give less, we went on a trip with the school, at first the ice cream vendors were very welcoming and kind, (pink outfit) they gave us a discount of 1 euro (because we are students, telling us that they did it to everyone) the cones are ALL huge but not displayed like the price list, the visible ones are not sold. IF YOU ARE A STUDENT DON'T GO THERE!

05/07/2024: We ate here during our 10 day stay; we both had a delicious carbonara pasta, the portions was great which we didn’t find a lot of in Desenzano, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere

24/06/2024: The waiting time for the meal is similar to the waiting time for the bill 6 euro coperto for 2 people, avoid this place

12/02/2025: Lately I've been stopping for breakfast because it's convenient for me with the working hours at the moment, but I think I'll change bars... the barmaids have a depressed attitude and are very slow in service, never a smile, in fact they seem annoyed by having customers and one thing that bothered me a lot is the fact that they have a large, long-haired dog that wanders around the tables in the bar and with the brioche boxes placed on the tables because even those are never ready in the display... but Where do we put hygiene? What if there was an allergic customer? If a family member of mine were present I would have to leave immediately so as not to have any problems, I hope the local health authority will pass and take stock of the situation... this is not good!!!

19/04/2025: I give one star only for the courtesy of the staff. The quality of the ingredients is really poor. Read the menu and expect nice dishes with quality Italian ingredients. Instead a bruschetta called caprese arrives which was a dry slice of toast-type bread with two cherry tomatoes, 4 olives and two pieces of mozzarella while the basil that should have been there was not (8 euros). My Chicken Salad (10 euros) had 3 nuggets (3!) defrosted and what was passed off as mozzarella was actually a low quality cheese grated into julienne strips. I couldn't even eat it and brought it back. The prices would be more than acceptable if the quality was better but really not like this. All this after waiting almost 1 hour!! When I complained I was told "well but we are an ice cream shop not a restaurant" .. so first of all remove the cover charge and maybe also the dishes that do not meet expectations. Only the spritz are good. Never again.
