20/12/2025: Very high price and I still haven't figured out how much... fish appetizer for 2 €93. It seems a bit exaggerated to me. Good but too much.

27/04/2026: I stopped here for lunch today. It was very good, and I must say they have excellent wines. The food is light and perfect for those on a diet!

13/04/2026: I returned to this place a few days ago with a group of friends. The place is still nice, but I found the aperitivo to be very different and a bit run-down. I was a regular there a while ago and found so many delicious options, which is why we always enjoyed coming here. I hope this can be a suggestion for rethinking the aperitivo menu.

29/11/2025: Excellent service, very kind and beautiful waiters, I spent a quiet evening with my herbal tea and my friends chatting about a bit of everything. They always say it's who matters, not where, but this time, even where matters. Excellent place.

03/05/2026: They would have been 5 stars (for the location and variety of menu) if only they didn't inflate the prices compared to the menu... they add 1/2 euro more per dish (which becomes 4-5 euros more on the total) and when you point it out to them they tell you that the menu scannable with the QR code on the website is not updated... a fact beyond the legality of the law because if prices are displayed on the website (updated or not, and this applies to any commercial place) you must always stick to them... crafty 😉

25/04/2026: I'm celiac, and my gluten-free pizza was really good. I found the dough to be good and the toppings were also nice. My son's pizza was overcooked, but it was replaced immediately with many apologies. If I ever return to Sarnico, I'd order pizza from Fermento 45.

23/04/2026: We only found ourselves at this restaurant because one of our friends is celiac. We ordered four pizzas, and the gluten-free pizza was truly worth it—plenty of toppings, and the dough wasn't burnt. Our three regular-dough pizzas, however, were a different story: two were quite burnt but still serveable (though we had to discard most of the crust), and the third pizza had literally the entire crust burned, plus three bubbles in the center, all burned. It was topped with four very thin slices of salami. We had it redone, of course, and they at least apologized, but I honestly thought it was very unfair to serve a pizza in that state.

28/03/2026: Unpleasant experience... working in the restaurant business and seeing such less than impeccable management saddens me. After an hour of waiting, the pizzas were even poorly topped or without the requested toppings. Not recommended.

26/09/2025: Wonderful pastry shop, even the savory pastries are delicious. A regular stop for all my birthday/party cakes... even the pastries are delicious. The girls and boys serving me are always polite and welcoming. What more can I say? Congratulations to everyone <3

07/03/2026: The pizza is incredibly good, but over time, the delivery service has gotten worse. They don't answer calls, and it's always busy. You can order pizza from Deliveroo, but I'm paying €24 for two, so I'm going out to eat it and drink two beers. I'm really disappointed because I used to love this pizzeria.

18/05/2026: The owner was very rude and insulted me. The cutlets were raw. I paid anyway, but instead of apologizing, she didn't give me a receipt and attacked me because I didn't want the same cutlet again. A terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it. The waiters were very kind.

16/12/2025: Pizza with overly chewy crust, undercooked, with still-cold tomato sauce, three transparent slices of questionable-quality prosciutto, and a mountain of arugula. I don't recommend this place.

07/12/2025: Wonderful pizzas I had last night made with quality products. The gluten-free pizza was also good. I'm also giving away some croissants for breakfast. It couldn't be better. 😉

22/03/2026: The pizza is excellent, the menu is a bit limited. Prices are high, in my opinion. A negative: when I got home, my clothes were still smelling of frying. The signage outside is sparse; if you don't know where it is, you won't notice it when you walk by.

03/03/2026: WARNING: CHILDREN NOT WELCOME! I've been to this restaurant several times and, unfortunately, I've often turned a blind eye to various poor service without ever complaining. Now I won't do so again. I've had several occasions where they've forgotten ingredients on pizzas, where it's impossible to make any changes—not even the slightest—and where I've had to wait interminably long lines. On one occasion, I was served a different pizza than the one I ordered. I decided to eat it anyway without having it remade as they suggested, but when it came time for the bill, I was charged the full amount down to the last cent, with no regard for the mistake. The most unpleasant incident, however, occurred during my last visit. After an hour of waiting for dessert, my 2-year-old son asked if he could get up and walk toward the entrance without disturbing anyone. At that point, the waitress abruptly reprimanded us, saying, "The child must sit at the table." We replied that if dessert arrived in a reasonable amount of time, we would have finished and left. The attitude was harsh and unsympathetic, clearly giving the impression that the presence of children was not at all welcome. The prices are high; while the pizza is good, it doesn't justify the expense, much less the inattentive and unfriendly service. I will never return.
