04/03/2025: Beautiful views from the balconies we had on the lake side. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Beautiful and well-equipped bathrooms. Very clean. Modern and comfortable. Large showers. The hotel is right next to the promenade, right on the lake. It's worth going there. Peace and quiet, although there are more people in the evenings. Dogs welcome. Our Leon was super happy. Restaurant great. We didn't have to wait too long for the service or the dishes. Seafood perfectly prepared. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake. And these Aperols served in many places with such a view are simply a fairy tale. We recommend everyone to sit at a table and drink an Aperol Spritz while enjoying the beautiful view of the calm lake at sunset. The car was parked about 400 meters from the hotel. Entry is prohibited there. But it was safe and in the morning we packed our luggage without any problems and continued our journey. There was a parking lot on the main road. There was also an EV charging station there. All in all, we liked it very much and it is a very good place to rest or even just for a transit overnight stay. As was our case. Anyway, the photos should speak for themselves :)

21/03/2025: Lunch with truly excellent linguine with turkey ragù and bresaola carpaccio. All very good. They don't make business menus so the prices are restaurant prices. Renovated environment, not to my taste but obviously, personal opinion. I recommend it.

08/03/2025: We found Ristorante Tipico Vivione by happy accident, but we were blown away by the efficient friendly service and excellent food and wine. It is Italian food at its best. Our party dont speak Italian and the staff have little English but we trusted their recommendations and were rewarded with four delicious courses and a hearty bottle of red wine. Highly recommended if you are on your way to/from a ski resort in the area.

12/03/2025: Le entusiastiche recensioni e le fotografie, pubblicate su TA e sulla "Guida" più famosa di sempre, raccontano di una cucina a metà strada tra tradizione e modernità e di eleganti piatti che - personalmente - non ho nè visto nè assaggiato. "VI OFFRO un aperitivo per la Festa della Donna ..." e, senza alcuna possibilità di selezione o proposta, ci viene prontamente servito un calice di Blanquette de Limoux tiepido, accompagnato da quattro NON richiesti ed evitabili insipidi stuzzichini, sulla falsariga degli amuse-bouche gourmet spesso presentati dagli chef come benvenuto della cucina; qui però tale gentile e "geniale offerta" viene cumulata sul conto a pane e coperto per 4,5 euro a persona. Probabilmente colpa nostra: abbiamo frainteso l'"offerta". Dal menu stagionale Inverno: l'"Insalata di quaglia, carciofo, barbabietola e wasaby" viene inspiegabilmente servita con aggiunta di pezzi di zucchina grigliata, broccoli e cavolino di Bruxelles, assolutamente non elencati, nè sulla carta nè a voce. I "Ravioli di piccione, salsa al Porto e foie gras" dovrebbero intendere un piatto raffinato e invece sono pesanti, grossi tortelloni di pasta troppo spessa che non convincono. Dopo il primo calice di vino viene chiesto se un rabbocco è gradito ma il secondo bicchiere è di quantità inferiore e medesimo costo. Scarso il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il personale è cortese, l'approccio è amichevole, il servizio veloce. Tre salette, ambiente stile anni ottanta, prive di particolare fascino e atmosfera. Punto dolente il bagno con fasciatoio, detersivi, ricariche varie in bella vista ... e soprattutto un wc incrostato in modo deprecabile (Foto disponibili, a scanso lamentele). Parcheggio privato ampio e comodo.

13/04/2025: We have been going to this wonderful place for years but today we were served by a curly-haired lady with glasses who added 10 stars to the rating because she was fantastic! Gabriella's service, education and friendliness are impeccable!!!!! As always La fioreta is a guarantee!!! Excellent food, excellent wine and lots and lots of courtesy....

24/03/2025: I had lunch at this farmhouse last Sunday. The place is fabulous, there are sheep, rams, donkeys and other animals, all very well kept. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I ate probably the most tender meat of my life, the Franciacorta risotto was special, the bagoss gnocchi delicious. The price is really cheap compared to the quality of the food served. If I ever come back to these parts I will definitely come back! I give 5 stars because there aren't more! Highly recommended!!!

23/03/2025: We were there today, there were 9 of us, we ate as an appetizer a mixed cold cuts platter with squaquerone piadina and caramelized figs, mixed crostini and their homemade giardiniera. We continued with a mix of first courses, all delicious and homemade. Excellent and friendly service, despite the restaurant being full. We will definitely be back.

Nothing to complain about the quality of the food and the environment... not so much about the courtesy in particular of those who take reservations, often at the checkout or receiving customers. The gentleman in question often does not behave with courtesy towards customers and goes even further with comments that are out of place and certainly not appropriate for an exercise that should make the customer an ally.

14/04/2025: I only went to the Armea farmhouse for a wine tasting. Although this is a limited overview of the place, I must say that the welcome was excellent and the products are of a good standard. Small place to visit, the structure seems really large and welcoming.

22/03/2025: Ho cenato alla Trattoria Il Merlo con un’amica e siamo rimaste piacevolmente colpite. Il personale è molto gentile e il menu offre una vasta scelta tra antipasti, carne, pesce e piatti vegetariani. Abbiamo iniziato con un’insalata di carciofi squisita, seguita da una tartare che si scioglieva in bocca e una tagliata deliziosa con salsa al pepe verde. Le porzioni erano abbondanti e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto. L’ambiente è accogliente, perfetto per chiacchierare dopo cena, ed è consigliato non solo d’estate grazie al bel dehor, ma anche d’inverno per l’interno accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente!

09/04/2025: Friendly, friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent starters, delicious first courses, shame about the mixed grilled meat and the side dishes which disappointed me. I will definitely come back and maybe try other main courses, but it would be worth coming back just for the really good starter!
