Top notch! Fresh fish and delicious dishes… a dream for those with lactose intolerance, as the entire menu is lactose-free!

An amazing experience. If I lived nearby, I'd go back tomorrow! It's located in the center of Clusane and has a small private parking lot. The atmosphere is very refined, as is the food (the bread basket is fabulous). The waiter who served us was extremely kind, and the service was prompt. The food was a journey through the flavors of unique delicacies, presented with great finesse...from the tagliatelle with perch, to the perch in Franciacorta, and finishing with the basket with zabaglione cream. Great attention is paid to gluten and lactose intolerances. Highly recommended.

Dinner truly exceeded expectations. The lake fish appetizer was varied and well-crafted: thoughtful dishes, interesting combinations, and excellent quality ingredients. You can sense the attention to both technique and presentation. Both the first courses were perfect: the rigatoni with rabbit and guanciale ragù were rich and flavorful, well-balanced without being heavy; the spaghetti with Sebino sardines were delicate yet full of flavor, with an excellent connection between the pasta and the sauce. The second courses were top-notch: the perfectly cooked sliced ​​beef, tender and juicy; the well-executed baked tench, with a crispy gratin and a soft, flavorful interior. Overall: refined cuisine, well-executed dishes, and a focus on the local area (especially the lake fish). Prompt service and a pleasant atmosphere. An experience definitely worth repeating.

I went there tonight with my partner: a fantastic experience, the quality of the dishes was exceptional, nothing to envy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I had the lake appetizer, spaghetti with dried sardines, and baked tench, and I was very satisfied with everything. They have most of their dishes suitable for those with lactose intolerance. The staff was very attentive and kind; there's even a reserved parking lot right near the entrance. Last but not least, even the restrooms were clean. I recommend it hands down.

We stopped by on a weekday, making it quieter, which my husband and I appreciate. The place is well-kept and welcoming, and the food is beautiful to look at but, above all, delicious. 😊 Prices are in the medium-high range, but the attention to detail comes at a price. The owner is helpful and courteous. We'll be back on one of our trips to Lake Iseo.

Great dishes based on Iseo lake. Mostly fish but they have something for everyone. Reasonable prices, covered garden seating and wine selection!
