Ramen & Ramen In Brescia

This place is always worth a stop when I'm in Brescia. The ramen is truly excellent, lots of courtesy and a beautiful location

In Piazza della Loggia, near the monument of beautiful Italy, there is this place, we ate good poke at normal prices, friendly staff.

Delicious dishes "from appetizer" to dessert; excellent sushi burrito and exceptional ramen! Small but welcoming place in an excellent location; Very friendly staff but organization needs improvement.

I ate a ramen (beef ramen+egg) the broth is normal, the meat is not like the classic one you would expect, it is a little drier and too lean. The pasta is not the best, it almost seems like one of our Barillas and therefore far from what is usually found in ramen. The macha tiramisu, however, is very good. However, overall I would say the experience was average.

Very nice place, I wasn't crazy about the food. I went with my sister. I ordered a salmon salad. It wasn't specified that there was a sauce inside the salad but oh well (but if someone was allergic it wasn't the best) the salmon tasted like cling film. It tasted like salmon stored in a film in the fridge. And in fact I advanced it. Then as a first course I ordered a beef ramen. But I didn't like both the spaghetti and the beef at all, in fact I only drank the broth. I'm very sorry but I didn't feel comfortable, even though they were my compatriots. A small detail. If I were the owner and seeing that one of my customers comes to my restaurant for the first time and almost everything is left over. I probably would have been sorry and given him a discount. But oh well, in the end it's my problem since I didn't like it. I'm not saying I would recommend it, but there's no harm in trying.

Very pleasant atmosphere and quality food. I ate the katsudon and really liked it, as did the bao. Excellent experience
