30/09/2025: We ate pizza and drank wine here. Everything was reasonable for the price, and the service and ambiance were also good. What I found questionable, however, was the pizza dough, which was something between spelt and whole wheat. It tasted quite good, but unfortunately not like a classic, delicious pizza.

24/09/2025: Cozy restaurant with fresh and delicious food. The servers were very friendly. We were there for dinner. Reservations are recommended, as you might otherwise wait longer for a table. Our dog was welcome, and water was offered.

22/08/2025: Terrible experience, a pasta shop where you order tortellini and they bring you medallions/ravioli. I can only say that the dish, in my humble opinion, should have been on the dessert menu, even though it's a first course... I recommend it to those with unusual culinary tastes. 1 first course, 1 appetizer, 750ml of water, and 1 wine €60.

22/09/2025: Excellent piadinas, fantastic French fries, very beautiful view of the lake. One suggestion would be a little more filling in the piadinas.

01/09/2025: We went to get a quote for the wedding. We were greeted by Valentina, who was very kind and welcoming. It's a beautiful place, with a spectacular wine cellar! Even though we didn't choose the venue, I'll be back to eat with my family! I highly recommend it.

05/10/2025: While vacationing in Maderno, it was recommended to us for breakfast. Just steps from the main square of San Marco, this delightful family-run pastry shop is located. We were greeted with a smile, kindness, and the professionalism of someone who knows their stuff. Bread and pastries of all kinds, fresh and delicious. You're spoiled for choice! To the side of the building, you can enjoy their breakfast in a small, welcoming garden, but if the weather isn't nice, you can also sit inside. Highly recommended!

09/09/2025: La Colombera won us over from the first moment. Antonio, the manager, immediately put my husband and I at ease and gave us the confidence we needed. Two menu tastings showed us the high level of professionalism of the establishment and its management. They supported us impeccably throughout the entire process, right up until our wedding day, which was a dream come true. The place is enchanting, but the management and staff make it perfect. Our guests couldn't stop thanking us for choosing this location. They even took advantage of this corner of paradise to take photos and videos. It couldn't be better. Thanks to all the staff, and especially to you, Antonio, for sharing our "best day" with us.

11/10/2025: Good experience but didn’t live up to the expectations of #16 in World’s 50 Best Restaurants. The pasta in pig’s stomach was interesting. Really liked the signature “Spaghettone, Butter, Butter Yeast” which is featured in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Sweetbread - ok.

05/10/2025: I recently had lunch at Dispensa Franciacorta. The food was excellent: excellent dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a remarkable wine list. ​Unfortunately, the service was subpar. The waiter seemed distracted and made inappropriate and unpleasant comments about my choice of a vegetarian option. ​Great gastronomic potential, but the service needs more professionalism and tact. Recommended for the food, but less so for the overall experience.

14/09/2025: We went there for a birthday, it's slightly off the main road, it's definitely worth a visit, the dishes were exceptionally prepared, the owner pampered us, everything was delicious.
