I stumbled upon it by chance with my wife and little daughter. It's been years since I ate such tasty raw fish, you can immediately feel the difference in the raw material. Even the rolls have nothing to do with the ones you eat in pseudo-Japanese restaurants. I highly recommend enjoying the food accompanied by a special and refined cocktail at the same time, the bar tender feels like he knows what he's doing. I got a Green bush because I love basil and ginger. The cocktail went perfectly with the dishes. The place is very beautiful, simple and well-kept, directly on the lake. The owners are very friendly, the girl who serves is very helpful, kind, prepared and never intrusive. It's certainly not cheap but the quality pays off very well. Money well spent, we will be back.

My boyfriend booked for our anniversary and we got a wonderful gift. We were served with care, the food and drinks delicious. The barmanager explained to us in detail the drinks we chose and prepared for us, one of the two owners entertained us by telling us about their delicious dishes and the history of the restaurant. Prices are suitable for the type of restaurant and the quality of the food, the raw materials used, and the attention to detail. Overall a beautiful experience. We will definitely be back!

I feel like calling it a "boutique restaurant". The lakeside location definitely scores points. I think that more or less every table has a good view of the lake. The atmosphere is soft, given by table lamps that are absolutely not annoying. The food is excellent, quality sushi, with little rice and lots of fish, forget about the brick of rice with the transparent slice of low-cost Japanese restaurants. Here you will find a morsel of rice with a nice slice of fish. The tar tars are spectacular, small cubes, seasoned with skill and balance. Fabulous first courses. Koen is not just a restaurant, it is also a cocktail bar. We chose the experience of Japanese cuisine combined with cocktail tasting: an excellent choice. The barman, in addition to being friendly (but not intrusive), is decidedly competent and the cocktails are well mixed. Super recommended Japanese cuisine/cocktail combination! The service is also great. The waitress assigned to our table was very patient and clearly explained the ingredients we didn't know. The price is proportionate to the quality of everything (environment, food, location, bar), you cannot expect such a low-cost experience!
