08/12/2024: I was in this place today Sunday 8th December and I must say that it never disappoints me, we had the carbonara 😋 very good, the fillet with porcini mushrooms super tender, super careful even for those with intolerances. Friendly staff and fair prices. We will definitely be back

21/07/2024: embarrassing service to say the least, we waited more than an hour for a plate of bagossa pasta. but the worst thing was the rudeness of the waiters, except for one really kind one who served the tables, the others proved to be extremely rude. you can understand anxiety but you can't "take it out" on customers. I advise against it.

21/07/2024: Tempi d’attesa incessanti per le portate (abbiamo aspettato ben 3 ore), siccome avevamo fretta causa meeting in trasferta abbiamo chiesto a che punto fosse la preparazione delle pietanze, il barista biondo ci ha risposto in maniera sfacciata e arrogante (si tratta di una persona non incline a questo lavoro, durante le sue ore di servizio ci è parso parecchio agitato e teso, il tutto delineato dal suo modo di fare affannato e parecchio confuso). Aggiornamento: condivido il pensiero per il resto del personale, il cibo era da mensa e quindi niente di speciale, a posto della famosa pasta al bagoss ci è stata servita una pasta al pomodoro, salsiccia e piselli (perlopiù in menù non era specificato la presenza di carne, preciso che eravamo con una persona vegetariana), uscendo dal locale sto ancora cercando la presenza di questo tipico formaggio nella pasta servita dal bar Bruffione.

28/11/2024: Since Fabio and Carolina have no longer been here, the piadina shop has collapsed... a dirty and poorly maintained environment, grumpy staff who, if they could sell you the piadine shop, would sell it to you, empty piadinas and poor quality ingredients... since the piadina costs as much as a working lunch, but at the working lunch you are full, the piadina is always very empty, and you are never full... the courgettes and avocado are non-existent and two slices of sliced ​​if that's okay. Very long waiting times when the piadina shop is empty. The worst piadineria ever.

10/09/2024: Very courteous staff, always trying. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of fruit, sausage, spreads, rolls and very tasty croissants. Location is very quiet, pool is a few meters uphill from the hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms are very small and dark. Unfortunately, there is no small refrigerator for drinks because you can only find grocery stores in the next town. It takes a good 20 minutes to drive to the lake.

19/08/2024: Bisogna saper scegliere non tutto e' buono . Spiedo e coniglio buono mentre bistecche , costate in genere molto male , le sgelano al momento e la carne si cuoce male sembra bollita . L ho fatto presente alla cameriera . Pizza discreta non molto lievitata . Per la carne mi e' capitato due volte su due e quindi fatto crocione .

10/11/2024: Just stayed two weeks for work. A pleasant discovery that will become a safe haven when I'm in the area. Hotel in a residential area of ​​Leno therefore very quiet, but very close to the centre. Beautiful, comfortable rooms and very clean every day. Internal restaurant also open to external customers for both lunch and dinner. At lunch they also do the work menu. I am gluten and lactose intolerant and in 2 weeks of full board I have never eaten the same thing despite respecting my intolerances Pierluigi knows how to cook. Intolerances are still too often little considered and many times we have to be content with eating just a second meal because the kitchen is not flexible. As I said, in two weeks Pierluigi didn't miss a course, always changing it and even bringing me dessert. This making difficult things simple for me means loving your work, lots of technique and knowledge. Lucrezia completes the work in the room, also prepared and attentive. From both, in moments of tranquility there will never be a shortage of free chats just like at home. From my experience they are 5 stars with thanks to Pierluigi and Lucrezia and their Albergo Trattoria Primavera

The waitresses are not very courteous and helpful in taking orders, as if they were doing you a favor. Shortly afterwards we wanted to order other things but we spent 20 minutes without receiving any attention despite making ourselves noticed. Parking practically absent

04/08/2024: Negative experience as despite the beautiful location, the service is absent. If you ask for the card to see their products, they look at you as if you had asked for who knows what, furthermore when asking for information on the drinks, the answers given are more those not given than those given. The beauty of opinions can change so I reserve the right to change the review if I notice improvements. So I recommend paying more attention to the communication side because it is not possible to let three customers escape due to such serious shortcomings.
