13/09/2025: This hotel secretly downgraded my room because they oversold the rooms. There was a wedding party at the afternoon and maybe that’s why rooms got overbooked. I discovered that only when I’ve asked the receptionist why I didn’t have a balcony in room. Or they had no intention to tell me the truth. They do not have anything to refund or try to cover my lost on hotel fees. It is a matter of dishonesty of the hotel staffs. I would not recommend anyone to travel that far to be treated like this.

03/09/2025: Family evening. Excellent tagliolini with pumpkin and chestnuts; Beef in olive oil was so-so, I've had better; Baked potatoes were tender and delicious; More than decent sparkling white wine; Good apple pie. Coffee... There's better. I can't comment on the price because I was a guest.

09/04/2025: unfortunately a very long wait... arrived at 11.50... served at 1.40... there were 3 of us, 2 served half an hour early, the third ate alone.... it wasn't very full... but poor organization... the reservation made had not been marked... endless wait even for the coffee that we decided to take at home...

10/12/2025: Lunch was disappointing: the dishes were generally tasteless, the ingredients seemed a bit dated, and the temaki were awful, with a bitter aftertaste. The place is quite well-decorated and clean, but it's a shame the same can't be said for the restrooms, which appear neglected, dirty, and run-down.

04/10/2025: Disappointing Experience at Crivello Unfortunately, my visit to Crivello was anything but pleasant. I ordered a portion of baked potatoes that tasted like they'd been reheated and cooked at least three days earlier: dry, flavorless, and decidedly unappealing. Finding nothing to my liking on the menu, I settled for the large portion of vegetables... and that's when the disaster began. The caponata was so soaked in oil that it was inedible. The pumpkin, cooked directly in balsamic vinegar, was black and visually unappetizing, with a pungent aftertaste that was more reminiscent of alcohol than condiment. The cauliflower with breadcrumbs? Obscene. I tried a small piece and immediately regretted it: the flavor lingered in my mouth for hours. For a dozen or so potato pieces and a small bag of bread, I spent a whopping 17 euros. A price decidedly disproportionate to the quality and quantity of the food served. I won't be returning. And I don't recommend it.

06/10/2025: I stopped here by chance early one morning. Excellent breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory options. A pleasant place with professional and, above all, friendly service, and a smile from the lady. When the opportunity arises, it won't be by chance anymore. Thank you for your availability and courtesy.

13/08/2025: I've been going to this place for a few years. Beautiful place, very welcoming atmosphere (except last night, thanks to the "guy" with the beard ☹️).

13/08/2025: It says dogs are allowed, but as soon as you arrive, they look at you with disgust (blonde waitress with glasses) and won't let you have a lake view; you have to stay upstairs (without a view)! Obviously, we left. Suitable for people who don't have pets.

26/08/2025: Lovely agiturismo. Small pool. Delicious food, not cheap. Very extensive wine list. Rooms are dated and noisy, but spacious.

07/07/2025: Ci siamo stati sabato sera. Locale in mezzo al verde. Cena ottima, gli spaghetti allo scoglio super con tanto pesce, la grigliata ottima, una menzione speciale allo zabaione freddo con lamponi da leccarsi le dita. Personale gentilissimo e locale pulito. Lo consiglio.

27/10/2025: It's a mountain place where you feel like you're a kid again, eating with your grandparents. The restaurant is typical of the 1960s (more or less), and the good, traditional cuisine reigns supreme. If you like this type of restaurant, it's a must-see. We had a great time, and it's excellent value for money.

13/10/2025: Typical Valtrompia cuisine made with care at reasonable prices. The girl who served us was very kind and explained how they make their own cured meats. We will return.

11/11/2025: Very kind and expensive, it is worth a detour a few km from the highway but you will have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner with an exciting lake view, better if at sunset on clear days, you will fall in love with the Sebino, very underrated but with views to put in the drawer of the mind

29/09/2025: Frozen dishes—in fact, both my boyfriend and I had water on our plates. We didn't like the food at all, but I can't complain about the staff, who were friendly and helpful with everything. It's a shame the food wasn't good, because if it were up to the staff and the beautiful view, it would be perfect. To respond to the owner, I'll add that absolutely nothing was fresh, especially the garganelli with wild boar salmi. There won't be a next time because even at home, when I defrost the sauce, I leave water on my plate, so we definitely won't be back. In any case, why don't you post photos of the menu where it's clearly stated that you serve frozen dishes? Because since you say you're learning to COMMUNICATE, as you respond to reviews of your restaurant, you could also add this nice detail about your menu and see how many people come, plus you can't tell me I'm wrong/lying about what I ate! If we didn't want to complain on the spot when we didn't like what we were eating, it's because my partner and I were enjoying the evening anyway. We didn't have time to order anything else because we'd have to get back on the road, but we were already expecting little after reading "frozen dishes" on the menu. Just as positive comments are accepted, it would be more mature and respectful to take responsibility for the negative ones as well. I won't add anything else, as the truth is that you served frozen dishes; you can say whatever you want. Enjoy! 😉

16/11/2025: The owners, Jessica and Sebastiano, are wonderful people: welcoming, kind, and helpful. The products are excellent, and it's a pleasure to chat with them while enjoying the finest products. They always pay attention to quality and service.

12/10/2025: I stopped by while passing by... a pleasant surprise, a delightful bar that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner a little different from the usual... friendly and fast service... I still ate some delicious Breton biscuits (truly exceptional) a dish that is not easy to make because buckwheat is used... I will definitely be back... or at least I will use Deliveroo.

06/11/2025: We were there on Sunday at noon, the food was quite good, the waiters were very kind, the only flaw was that they were not organized, there were 9 of us and the food arrived in several stages... in fact, the first ones to receive their plates had already finished while waiting for the dishes of the other people at our table... even the wine arrived after several requests.
