12/10/2025: Welcoming, spacious, excellent management and organization. The food was excellent.

28/09/2025: I was at a wedding at Ristorante de Firem Rostec - by Chiara Silvestro, and the experience was very good. The food was good, correct, and tasty, although not the most exclusive I've ever had. The service, on the other hand, was excellent: the staff was very attentive, organized, and always smiling. The atmosphere was unbeatable thanks to the music, the DJ, and a large space for dancing, which made the celebration very lively. The decor was also outstanding, with well-presented tables, good lighting, and flowers that gave it an elegant touch. But what surprised me most was the exterior: pools, fountains, and well-kept green lawns that made the place look beautiful. I can't comment on the value for money since I was there as a guest, but overall, I thought it was an ideal venue for a special event. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 without hesitation.

08/10/2025: We're regulars. The renovation was much appreciated, but the lack of placemats was less so, even if only for hygiene reasons. The food is always good and plentiful. We had a fantastic dinner on Saturday night, only the detergent used to clean the next table bothered us; the spray reached us and we decided not to continue eating. 🤷 Reservations recommended.

19/09/2025: Had the spicy beef noodles… they were quite nice…. Some would perhaps say really good, but I have had better Chinese noodles in same price bracket, so I can not give it 5 stars, but a 4 is okay The place is your traditional adapted Chinese shop… a mix of china and Italy, which is as good as any 😊 A nice place for sure, not just super authentic

06/10/2025: Simply amazing. Great food, great service (English-speaking waiter named Zak). As in other reviews, a welcome glass of prosecco and a liqueur (we had melonchello) and cake. And all this at a really reasonable price. I recommend it!

05/10/2025: Today we ordered two pizzas, wine, and tiramisu for dessert. The pizzas were excellent, but the same cannot be said for the service. A woman with long hair and glasses served the food without a word. This already seemed very strange, and we first encountered it in Bergamo. However, it wasn't until later that we felt severely discriminated against, perhaps because we were the only foreigners present. After the main course, dessert with liqueur was brought to all the tables, except ours. Meanwhile, the waiter cleared our plates and took our dessert order. The woman mentioned above didn't even bother to say goodbye to us upon payment! The overall impression is poor due to the terrible service. I definitely won't recommend this place and won't be returning.

08/10/2025: Here for a business lunch. Very busy place. We sit down, after 10 minutes we ask for the menu, then ask to order. Our order is passed to four other tables that arrived after us. My colleague orders a single dish of taragna polenta and stew, both very good. I order lemon chicken and baked potatoes. I get four small pieces of chicken with four slices of lemon and a handful of fries! Wine is included, but coffee isn't (personally, I'd order the opposite). Aside from my very meager portion, the wait was a bit of a hassle. I'll need a second chance.

06/10/2025: All good!!! Some dishes arrived not too hot but overall good. Polenta taragna was delicious.

27/09/2025: Decent pizzas, raw fries on the pizza, arrived 20 minutes late and consequently cold pizzas (and not just once). The girl on the phone was annoyed when we mentioned this (zero professionalism, not politeness) and called us demanding we be at our doorstep when the pizza delivery truck leaves the restaurant. The only positive note was the guy who delivers the pizzas, super kind.

03/09/2025: In my opinion, they have the best cheesecake in all of Bergamo. A cozy, small, and intimate place, with owners and waiters who are always kind and courteous. It's worth a visit, especially for the lunch menu.

30/09/2025: I ate both the restaurant menu and the pizza... everything was really good. Even though we were just passing through.

30/09/2025: Given the beautiful day and a craving for POLENTA, we opted for a nice motorbike ride. From our (unreliable) social media searches, we chose Il Caminetto in Branzi, which later turned out to be the worst choice! The location was beautiful, the view spectacular, nothing more. The service seemed annoyed, the food average to poor, so we ordered Polenta Taragna and Stinco. Aside from the meager portions, the polenta was far from the real thing, the shin was very small, and most importantly, it was COLD, leaving a good portion on the plate!!! Given our hunger and hoping to satisfy our appetite, we rejected the dessert menu presented to us and ordered a plate of salami, polenta, and giardiniera, leaving the waitress surprised by the choice. The salami was perfectly normal, the polenta measly a spoonful. Disappointed, we return home, trying to quickly forget this experience and the answer you gave us, but taking a great trip and for dinner, a huge PIZZA. Please, don't post fake reviews because they are friends or relatives. Be more honest because reviews help those of us who rely on your sincere evaluations to be able to choose places, locations, and streets that we like best. Thank you.

18/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times, both for lunch and dinner, and I must say it never disappoints. I've always been very satisfied with the quality of the food. The scrocchiarella is fantastic, definitely worth a try. The service is excellent; wait times vary a bit on weekends, but they're always within normal limits. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I haven't had a chance to try the burger yet, but I'll definitely be back! In my opinion, it's one of the best value restaurants in the area. I definitely recommend making a reservation.

12/08/2025: My experience is that I won't be returning. I asked for risotto with porcini mushrooms, and the risotto was brothy and not creamy; the mushrooms weren't all small. I asked for tartare, and the tartare came in three small piles; the meat was sweetish. They also added oil and vinegar, perhaps to season the sweetish meat. I won't comment on why.

23/07/2025: Il locale, in posizione strategica affacciata sulla valle di un torrente, è stato ristrutturato l'ultima volta quasi cinquant'anni fa, pulito, ma davvero da rimodernare. Servizio cortese, piatti non più che discreti, non presentati, menu decisamente ordinario, dolci deludenti. Va bene come ristorante dell'hotel, ma non lo consiglio affatto come ristorante a sé soprattutto perché i prezzi dei piatti e del coperto sono davvero inadeguati e troppo alti.
