Pasticceria Valcalepio In Gorlago

06/04/2024: The location is nice, welcoming (the internal room) and clean, the staff is very courteous and helpful. We took two dishes of Polenta according to the host (The Bergamo saucer and The coccio), an appetizer of Polenta and local salami and a plate of Chitarrine with clams and courgette cream then... The polenta was tough on the other hand, the meat, the Branzi and the local salami that accompanied it were good but poor for the cost of the dish, as for the Chitarrine, those were unfortunately inedible (my son ordered something else) the taste was bitter. They also make pizza and although we didn't take it from the looks of it (I could see the one from the tables next door) it was very inviting. Overall I give three stars because you are very kind and courteous and there is room for improvement, you have good potential. Ah, one thing not to be underestimated: dogs are allowed.
