08/02/2026: There's not much to say. If I could give zero stars, I would.

25/01/2026: We decided to return to Pizzeria La Ruota after a long time because we've always been happy with the quality and menu options. We were seated in a cold dining room; we mentioned the inconvenience and were informed that they'd turned up the heating (something we hadn't noticed during the two-hour dinner). We asked for a cheese board to share for three people and, after a full 30 minutes, we were served three cheese boards for the modest sum of €9 each, when we only wanted one to share. We also had two plates of gnocchi and a pizza, but only saw it 15 minutes after the gnocchi arrived. The service was truly poor, and we spent the entire dinner wearing jackets. We were very disappointed by the decline of this place, which doesn't invite us back.

01/01/2026: A ruined day!! If you are a tourist, do not pay in cash if you don't want to be scammed. After a walk by the lake with the children, we went in for lunch on December 31st around midday. Everything was fine until the bill arrived — 98 euros, which was perfectly acceptable. We left 20 euros × 6 = 120 euros, planning to leave a tip. When the change came, I was shocked to receive only 2 euros. To be sure, I checked my wallet to confirm that I had indeed put in 120 euros. I counted again and confirmed it. The real shock came when the staff returned with four 20‑euro notes, claiming that we had not paid the full amount. I should add that when the waiter took the money, he dropped it on the floor and spent a long time under the table, even though the money was not scattered around. That's where the missing 40 euros disappeared — into his pocket. Disgraceful behavior and a ruined day! I spend at least a couple of months a year in this region. 16/12/2025: The prices are high, but the food is good, considering it's not a seaside place. The lake view is beautiful.

22/02/2026: Limited food selection. However, the place is quiet and the service is fast.

20/02/2026: Nice atmosphere, good service. The beers were good, but the food arrived cold (both the club sandwiches, which were a bit burnt and had cold fillings), and the sandwiches. The sauces for the fries are charged separately.

13/02/2026: Ordered during lunch break: soy spaghetti with shrimp and vegetables and tuna hosamaki and I paid for everything a la carte not all you can eat... The spaghetti was large in portion and the flavor was all ok but the shrimp were really 4... while the hosamaki were just inedible, too much rice and a little bit of fish but really a little bit

01/02/2026: Good food. Fast service, but sometimes a bit inattentive. Convenient to order from your phone with the restaurant app.

30/12/2025: Great bar with a fantastic atmosphere! Very friendly staff, good music, and a pleasant vibe. The drinks are expertly mixed, and the value for money is excellent. Perfect for a relaxing evening or for grabbing a drink with friends. I'll definitely be back!

23/11/2025: Mystical experience, the staff are a bit distracted but it doesn't matter, the food is wonderful and even for those who don't like sushi there is a wide selection of food, for example the roast lamb cooked beautifully. The rabbit bread is truly out of this world. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. CONGRATULATIONS 👽👏👏👏👏

07/01/2026: After a year, I decided to return. Beautiful place and spectacular pizza. The porcini mushrooms and sausage were incredibly tasty. A well-deserved 5 stars.

16/02/2026: We had a Valentine's Day dinner with a divine menu that evening. It's disappointing that they didn't fulfill the beautifully described menu they offered. The food was tasteless, the staff was confused. According to the menu, the amuse-bouche was served not first, but after the apertizer and the first course without even announcing it. Only when asked, the frightened waitress (although maybe she wasn't even a waitress there, but some friend who came to help) said, oh yes, it will be later. 110 euros for a couple, such an offer without drinks, and the fulfillment is pathetic 😳

14/02/2026: A romantic, quiet, and elegant restaurant with truly friendly and knowledgeable staff. You'll be spoiled for choice because the dishes are delicious, even the desserts are wow (they make panettone all year round, you have to try it). A beautiful evening, with excellent food and excellent service!

14/03/2026: I've been going there for a while. It's a consistently excellent trattoria/pizzeria. The food is good, and the pizzas are equally good. A real pleasure. Recommended! (I originally gave it 4 stars.) Update: (I'm downgrading to 2 stars.) Today I went for lunch, and to my "disappointment," I can say that the trattoria atmosphere I knew is no longer there. It's become a restaurant that focuses on quality, losing its character as a traditional place with "homemade, family-style" dishes, obviously coming at a much higher price. Today I paid €33 for a fillet steak. It's definitely no longer my place. 🤷🏻‍♂️

09/03/2026: Traditional trattoria ideal for a business lunch, but the real highlight is in the evening with top-quality meat delicacies.

13/03/2026: The daily special at 20 euros: good but small portion, the dessert was decent and the wine quite expensive. Overall, not a memorable experience!

09/03/2026: Pasta portions are tiny. Pizza is ok. Waiter was polite but despite and friendly. Oh they charge you service charge. Overall it was ok but don't go to hungry that pasta portions were kids size 😂

22/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, and immediately realized what a wonderful place it was, in a 17th-century building. We felt so pampered, from the welcome, to the service, to the kindness and friendliness of the owners, all family-run. The food was amazing!! A journey of flavors. The meat was cooked to perfection. Homemade bread. They also have a wine cellar that they kindly allowed us to visit. We will definitely be back! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10!! Thanks again ☺️

29/01/2026: The innkeepers are exceptional; their kindness and attention to detail is absolutely unique. And what about the chef? The Tondo d'Oro is amazing, the meat is fantastic. There's also a beautiful wine cellar for foodies. A unique place to enjoy excellent food in a relaxing atmosphere.

09/11/2025: I ordered a "La Bresciana" pizza. The dough is light, tasty, and easy to digest. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are polite. I'd gladly return. The only drawback is that there's only paid parking nearby from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
