18/11/2025: Very good gluten-free pizza and friendly service, who easily swapped out a few ingredients for me upon request. Various gluten-free beers are also available. And the prices are very good. I was getting the pizza to go, but I noticed the atmosphere inside was super nice :) and the service was friendly.

13/11/2025: I got a sandwich, a Coke, and a coffee for €18.60, and I had a stomachache all day (coincidence?). I was entitled to a 10% discount, but they didn't give it to me because the cashier wasn't trained. The only positive thing was the service. Thanks Giulia! At the McDonald's across the street, I even got fries for half price. 😤

14/11/2025: The host, a native of Molise, is incredibly kind and helpful. He made my family and I feel very welcome every time we ate at La Locandiera during our stay in Carona. The menu is excellent, and the fermented foods are incredibly interesting. Thank you!

One rolls out the crust, another spreads the sauce, a third puts it in the oven—and it all happens in a matter of seconds. As you watch the process, you realize there are no wasted movements: only experience, confidence, and rhythm. The phone rings constantly, orders come in one after another, and delivery people literally line up. Clearly, this place's popularity rests not on a pretty Instagram account, but on its reputation and loyal customers. There's a catch: sitting down and eating right there isn't always convenient. But it also has its own atmosphere. You see the entire kitchen from the inside—how the dough is kneaded, how the ovens work, how the food is born and then disappears in a matter of minutes. It's an honest, living process that's hard to see in polished restaurants. If you value taste, speed, and authenticity, this place is worth a visit. They make pizza the way it should be.

23/08/2025: A fantastic place, the best in Bergamo. Delicious pastries. They have the most delicious rum baby here, affordable, and not small, but large. The guy who works at the pastry shop is incredibly kind and generous. When I went there, I was in serious trouble, and the clerk helped me out a lot, for which I'm very grateful. A must-see in Bergamo, I recommend it to everyone. The city's biggest attraction.
