Bergamo Alta, a historic venue frequented several times, always welcoming and offering quality food. Under new management 2-3 years ago, the interior was remodeled/renovated and now features a restaurant/inn. High-quality food and service. Takeaway baked goods/bakery available.

If you're looking to try the traditional dessert, "polenta e osei" (polenta and osei), the sweet version, this is the place for you. It may be a bit pricey, but since it's a unique local dessert, it's possible. It's still a dessert that requires a certain amount of skill to make properly. Recommended.

The small cakes were beautiful and presented in an elegant way. Staff was friendly. If you are more of a mousse lover inside of cake and less of a biscuit lover this would be a dream stop for you. My critique assistant (aka wife) recommends trying the raspberry cheesecake one. :D

06/04/2026: Delicious Easter Monday: we enjoyed everything: the tricolor gnocchi were beautiful and delicious, the tagliatelle with mushrooms and the pork were excellent, and the asparagus risotto was also good. Both the à la carte and Easter Monday menus were perfect. The service was courteous and helpful. We'll be back for lunch outside. Thanks, Monica.

30/03/2026: We were here with a group of 30 people three weeks ago. The food was good and the place was pleasant; they managed to fit us in a comfortable corner despite our large group. All the waiters were kind and helpful, except for one young waitress who was rude and unprofessional from the start. Otherwise, a positive experience.
27/03/2026: Excellent pizza, very kind and friendly staff.
