24/08/2024: Passing through, 4 friends, found Osteria del Nibbio through the internet. We arrived a little late for lunch but were welcomed very politely. Clean place, outdoor space but also internal availability. It's close to the freeway but still quiet and cool. Friendly, precise and welcoming table service. Excellent cuisine with generous portions (you can take away your excess) without spending too much. And finally digestives offered on the house. Recommended and now a point of reference! Thank you,

10/08/2024: Unforgettable dinner in this lovely home restaurant! From the starter to the dessert, everything was superb. I was in the company of a friend who is quite fussy about food and, what can I say? If he could I think he would have eaten the dishes too. On the other hand, I love all kinds of food, so I had no doubt that I would leave super satisfied! Honorable mention for the welcome of Barbara and Rodolfo, two excellent hosts. Value for money beyond expectations. Definitely a place to return to as soon as possible!

24/08/2024: It was my first time here, my parents have been here a few times. What can I say - a dream, no matter in which way. They have their own trout farm! Definitely try it. Available with various toppings. 16€ and really very good! The beef fillet was brilliantly grilled, with grilled vegetables and salad! The side dishes, including the fries, were very tasty! The tiramisu is worth trying. Unlike usual but also super tasty. The bottle of schnapps is placed on the table with the pineapple. The service was amazing, very accommodating. Here the boss is still serving. All in all brilliant. We were here twice in 5 days. It's definitely worth making a reservation. Thanks for the great food, we'll be back.

09/08/2024: Rarely have I met such friendly people as in the ExPort restaurant in Sirmione. Totally warm and friendly, even though we only had take-away food. The food was extremely tasty and the price was more than okay. We had 2 lasagne and a huge salad and paid just over €35. I thought it was good 😊

06/08/2024: Bentornati con le recensioni! Oggi propongo un ristorante che mi ha colpito per la sua ricercatezza ed eleganza, sebbene non sia stellato. Se volete quindi avventurarvi nella cucina raffinata ma non troppo restando, però, legati alla tradizione milanese (anche se siamo in provincia di Varese) non potete non far visita al "Passerotto"! Scoperto grazie a Google Maps e alle recensioni, ho deciso di proporlo a due amici canturini con cui dovevo fare una cena in quanto si trovava a metà tra loro e me e devo dire che non ha per nulla sfigurato. La location si trova nella via che porta al centro di Saronno ed è di tutto rispetto: un po' old style ma molto elegante, molto carino, soprattutto, il dehor esterno dove eravamo: per quanto riguarda il servizio è molto professionale e attento, i camerieri sapranno consigliarvi anche sul vino (cantina varia con alcune bottiglie di buon calibro: noi infatti abbiamo puntato su un Sallustio di Di Filippo, una cantina perugina); il menù, invece, è interessante e mostra piatti principalmente della tradizione con qualche idea creativa, ma sempre con ingredienti del luogo, come ad esempio, i mondeghili, il pesce in carpione, la lingua salmistrata, la rosticiada o le caramelle al ripieno di ossobuco son salsa allo zafferano: tutti comunque ben indicati tra parentesi. Carina anche la scelta di mettere il vino in abbinamento consigliato. Sul cibo nulla da eccepire, si mangia molto bene: noi abbiamo preso degli ottimi salumi del territorio come antipasto poi, come primo, i miei amici "maccheroni pastificio agricolo Mancini con pesto di pistacchi, crudité di tonno e olio agli agrumi" e il classico "Ossobuco in gremolada con risotto alla milanese", mentre io ho optato per le "caramelle alla maniera di Milano ripiene di ossobuco con crema di parmigiano e zafferano", un piatto veramente creativo e piacevole: il ripieno era bello saporito e sembrava di mangiare un ossobuco, porzione soddisfacente. Come secondi il mio amico ha scelto un "petto d’anatra di Barberia scottato con ciliegie, zenzero e scalogni glassati": anatra cotta alla perfezione, morbida e ben saporita, accostamenti azzeccati, io, invece, indeciso tra cotoletta e rusticiada (tipico piatto milanese a base di verzini e lonza), ho optato per quest'ultimo, seppur in una versione più "raffinata", era senza dubbio di alta qualità e ancorato all'idea della tradizione. Come dolce ho puntato sul classico varesotto: l'"Amorpolenta con gelato ai frutti di bosco", dolce un po' asciutto ma con un gelato davvero dignitoso. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi siamo un po' oltre la media, che non lo rendono il tipico da tutti i giorni ma solo per occasioni ma comunque rapportati con la qualità delle materie prime offerte: è sicuramente un'ottima scelta da considerare! 25/07/2024: ristorante con cucina tipica milanese ma anche molte altre specialita', tutte davvero cucinate a regola d'arte, servizio impeccabile oltre che la location che sicuramente e' molto affascinante e intima che dire, consiglio assolutamente un passaggio in questo ristorante dai sapori di una volta ma con un accento moderno e all'avanguardia

28/08/2024: A la carte lunch with the family. Good quality food. From the appetizer to various cold cuts and cheeses, delicious. For the first courses of casoncelli and risotto with strachitunt, wow. The second courses include donkey morsels with taragna polenta and roast veal, succulent. Then the sweet, delicious one. White and red wines according to the dish on the table, of excellent quality. Recommended to everyone, without ifs or buts. Well done.

25/07/2024: The Pastizzeria offers a wide choice of gluten-free products: pastries, tartlets, cakes and baked goods (sweet and savory), prepared with different types of flour. All very good. It is the ideal place for breakfasts, snacks and aperitifs, both for celiacs and non-celiacs. It has an internal room and an external terrace. The staff is courteous and friendly. I appreciated the ecological and original choice of using edible straws and soapstone cubes instead of ice cubes for the cocktails (also to prevent the drinks from being diluted).
