21/07/2025: I went there for lunch on a Saturday. The pizza was very good. The staff was kind and friendly. The only downside was the cover charge, which was €2.50 on weekends versus €1 on weekdays. It's a shame, because at some places the cover charge includes bread or other appetizers, while here, €2.50 only includes service.

22/06/2025: We thank all the staff of the Bistrot, for their professionalism, we were pampered and we felt as if we were at home, the food is of excellent quality, beautiful presentation and are of a high level,. A special thanks to Chef Sabrina Macrì for having made us taste her dishes and to the whole brigade that follows her.

We ate very well, nothing to say about the service either.. the only big flaw: inside the place is not air conditioned and makes it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. The heat was unbearable, to the point of deciding to leave immediately after finishing dinner.. I would have sincerely appreciated being informed of this when booking.

21/05/2025: "Quick" lunch on a working Wednesday, with three appetizers, three first courses and three second courses to choose from. Appetizer (culatello) and first course (asparagus ravioli), water (large) and coffee €19.50 well spent. "Basket" with focaccia bread and breadsticks included. Too bad it's out of the area otherwise I'd like to go back for the à la carte menu

03/08/2025: The various problematic points are: - The Vitello: very good, but 6 bites for €14, no effort on the presentation (white dish on a white plate, no garnish) - The Milanese escalope: very good, but unseasoned salad on a hot dish (which is not customary). Don't trust the photos; the size shown is not representative. - Side dishes arrived later than the main course (the escalope was 3/4 finished before serving). The spinach was unseasoned, no flavor. The sautéed potatoes were barely grilled and sorely lacking in flavor. - In conclusion, the price absolutely did not meet expectations. One positive thing to note is the goodwill gesture made following these numerous problems encountered.

11/05/2025: Ai piedi dello splendido orologio planetario di Cosimo Fanzago, di fronte la torre di questo magnifica opera, ecco un locale moderno che di inserisce meravigliosamente nel centro storico di Clusone. Aggiungete la cordialità, simpatia e competenza dei gestori, ecco una pausa caffè tutta da gustare. Cinque stelle a pieno titolo.

23/07/2025: A beautiful shopping center in Bergamo near the airport. Immaculately clean, with a wide range of services and shops. It offers a variety of dining options in one easy-to-reach location. Meticulous attention to detail. If you're passing through, I recommend a visit; you'll be thrilled.

03/08/2025: We waited an hour for our food. We weren't served. The bill for drinks was a big mistake with the beer. No apologies....

01/08/2025: The pasta was almost too al dente, meaning it was barely cooked, but the shrimp were edible. The tuna steak was practically raw. The girl wasn't even asked about the doneness. After returning home, about 20-30 minutes later, she threw up the tuna (she only ate two small pieces). The prices don't match the restaurant's prices; I have no problem paying more, but I expect the food to be edible.

02/08/2025: Questo locale si conferma essere fantastico. Non so come mai abbia una media di 3,7! Pizza ottimo, servizio attento, accoglienza neanche ve la racconto..calda e gioiosa. Quando poi il proprietario ha capito che eravamo insieme alla nostra famiglia argentina, si è scatenata una festa totale. Purtroppo non c'è neanche paragone con l'accoglienza milanese (normalmente fredda e anche incazzosa). Staff di I Capatosta: bravissimi, continuate così!

22/06/2025: My fiancé and I have been road-tripping around Italy for almost a month now and we’ve had some incredible pizzas, but the ones we got here were by far the best! It’s not a big space (and has limited seating if you’re looking to eat-in) but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in authenticity and taste (and one of the most extensive pizza menu’s we’d ever seen)! The owner was very warm and welcoming and we watched him make multiple pizzas from scratch in front of us with such precision and care - even though we only tried 2, you could tell anything he made would have been delicious! Highly recommend to anyone in the area - or even if you’re not, it’s worth making a detour for!

21/06/2025: È la terza volta che prendiamo la pizza in questo locale,oggi da dimenticare.L impasto troppo gnoccoso,pizza più piccola del solito, oltretutto poco condite,il prezzo è in linea ad altri locali,peccato non riuscire a fare sempre un lavoro soddisfacente. Meglio forse prendere meno ordini,o più personale.
