The highlight is the green spinach dough: a rarity you won't find anywhere else. Light, digestible, well-leavened, with that color that piques your curiosity just by seeing it arrive at your table. Impeccably cooked in a wood-fired oven, a high Neapolitan-style crust, and a dry base. You'll leave feeling uninhibited, and for those who love pizza but hate feeling heavy, it's gold. A simple atmosphere, friendly and punctual service. In short: if you're looking for a light, meticulously crafted, wood-fired pizza with a true story behind it, this is the place for you. One of the best in Brescia, off the beaten path. Recommended.

Rare doughs, quality ingredients at a reasonable price. You leave knowing you've eaten something hard to replicate in the city. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is noisy.

Since I discovered La Pastorella, I've never eaten pizza anywhere else. The variety and quality are exceptional. Plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had lunch as a couple and ordered pizza, intrigued by the fact that it looked Neapolitan, given the nice high crust... but it was nothing of the sort, as the crust was completely covered in dough. The wait staff was friendly. The pizzeria could use a bit of a makeover.

Pleasant discovery. We went last night with family and what can I say... the food was divine. It's been a long time since I've had such good pizza. (Top ingredients). The room seemed a little small to me, but it wasn't crowded. Everything was very clean, the place isn't ecstatically beautiful (extremely personal opinion), and I also say who cares; you can sense a lot of passion and the food is good. Extremely attentive and courteous staff. The menu has vegetarian and vegan options... and they have high chairs for children. Free parking in front. Very fair price. We will definitely be back soon.

Exceptional pizza!! The highest quality products. You can also choose your pizza dough: whole wheat, spinach green dough, or dough made with evolved grains. The owner, Mrs. Piera, is truly kind, as is all the staff! Highly recommended! ♥️
