I don't usually eat cheese focaccia, but I have to say this one really raised the bar for Recco cheese focaccia. It may sound strange coming from me, but it was so good, I even had to ask for a second helping. :)
We had a table of ten, and the kids were all very excited, not to mention us adults 😊.

I had a wonderful time at this place, known throughout Liguria... you have to book and fight tooth and nail to get in.
Everything revolves around this place.

We went there for a birthday.
The Recco focaccia was truly top-notch.
The place is very well-kept and clean.
The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.
I recommend it, especially because I don't think you'll find better focaccia anywhere else.
The price is average for the location.
Highly recommended!!!

I had dinner at Manuelina's and overall it was a good experience. The focaccia was good, although I felt it had slightly declined compared to previous years, and I didn't find it among the best I've tried in the area. The location is nice and well-kept, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it's still a decent restaurant.

I had lunch at this focacceria bistro with my family.
We were warmly welcomed and served admirably by a waitress with a dark-haired bob; professional, courteous, and always available to meet our every need.
Congratulations, she remembered all our orders by heart.
The food, what can I say? We had an amazing focaccia!!
We had the classic cheese one, the tomato one, and the anchovies one.
OH MY GOSH, SO GOOD!
We also had a few first courses, and they were all delicious.
The ravioli with borage and walnut cream were incredible... I was almost moved because they tasted just like my grandmother used to make them.
I will definitely be back.

I went to Manuelina with very high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't convincing.
I found the cheese focaccia rather dry; the cheese was average, not lacking, but overall, I didn't find it as memorable as I had expected.
The most unpleasant thing was the service: I was reprimanded in front of other customers for eating the focaccia directly from the cutting board. I was told I shouldn't have done so and that it should be transferred to my plate. A remark that, while it may be reminiscent of a "house rule," was inappropriate in its manner and made me feel uncomfortable.
Having also tried Manuelina Focacceria Albaro Bistrot, I must say that the focaccia there seemed decidedly better, more balanced, and enjoyable.
Overall, an experience below expectations for Recco. I hope it was just a bad day.
