Excellent restaurant, seating is limited, so reservations are recommended. Both meat and seafood dishes are served, with Genoese specialties. The service is good, as is the wine list, which focuses on Ligurian wines, but also offers excellent wines from all over Italy. The atmosphere is a bit affected by the cooking smells, but it's well-maintained.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The dining room is small, clean, understated, yet elegant. As elegant as the owner. We only had fish dishes, but there's an excellent selection of meat dishes as well. You'll find both classic dishes and tasty innovations. There's a good selection of wines, with varying prices and a wide range of options.

A very warm welcome; the owner helped us choose our dishes, explaining their ingredients. Refined Italian cuisine, beautifully prepared. I personally chose the octopus, which was cooked perfectly, making it incredibly tender. And then the tiramisu, a classic, and excellent. A very pleasant evening in a charming setting.

The taste alone is worth trying, both for the wines and the dishes. To discover even more Sampierdarenese pride: the Santa Maria al Monte amaro has been produced in Sampierdarena since 1858.
