25/04/2025: What can I say, I have known Zia Catofio since 1980 and, despite the various vicissitudes, it has remained the same. Lost weight but the same. The food is truly of excellent quality, with the grilled meat unparalleled in terms of goodness and cooking. The family and informal environment is a gateway to good food and drinking strictly local, quality white wine. We were pleasantly surprised because time seems to have stopped in the 80s. Well done Uncle Catofio in recovering the spirit of those years with those beautiful cantatas that have always pleasantly characterized you. I applaud the fast and punctual service with well-proportioned and, I repeat, excellently made dishes.👏👏👏

22/08/2025: Overall, a terrible experience. The place was acceptable, the staff was courteous but unprofessional, the food quality was terrible, the portions were very small, and the prices were exorbitant. In short, it was almost a rip-off.

02/07/2025: Trattoria or restaurant with an excellent location, along the Cassia. This is, I think, the real strong point and the reason why I gave it the third star. For everything else: acceptable food but without anything exceptional, special or interesting as a link to the territory. Traditional cuisine without particular attention to detail, good enough for a passing meal. Fixed 80s style environment, elements a little old and shabby, starting from the physical menu. Overall, I don't recommend it if you are passing through because it is convenient, but if you have the time and the means, I would look for something else.

12/07/2025: We stopped by this pizzeria by chance for dinner on a Saturday night. Of course, we didn't have a reservation, but they found us a table inside, but we still had a great time. The pizza is really good if you like the classic Roman thin and crispy pizza. Great price!!! The service is a little slow, but that's okay on a Saturday night. We'll be back!!

21/08/2025: Luckily, we only ordered a seafood salad, which had nothing but strips of squid mixed with carrots for €15—a total disappointment. When I pointed out the inadequate dish to the staff, the arrogant response was "sorry," with a knowing smile. Stay away if you can.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, it didn't fully meet my expectations. The houses are very close together, so there's no sense of privacy—even sitting on the veranda isn't undisturbed. Furthermore, the entire complex feels quite crowded and cramped.

06/08/2025: I bought two pizzas, and both looked (both visually and in texture and flavor) like those frozen pizzas you buy at a small supermarket. The dough was very thin and soggy, not crispy at all, and the "four cheese" pizza didn't even have two types, and the ones they did have were poor. The "Diavola" pizza was diavolo (bad) in the figurative sense, awful, again with almost no cheese, and the cured meats were raw! I've eaten many Diavola pizzas at other pizzerias, and in all of them, the cured meats should be cooked at the end of the process, not served raw! Far from being a true Italian pizza, it's a disgrace for Italy and a disappointment for those who buy it—a waste of money.

18/07/2025: Yes, it's conveniently located, but the staff isn't very welcoming. A few smiles wouldn't be a bad thing. And then the self-service portions are a bit small compared to other restaurants of the same kind. Of course, I'm speaking from my experience.

02/09/2025: THE PLACE REFLECTS THE TUSCIA REGION. HIGH POTENTIAL, BUT THEY DON'T PUSH BEYOND. SOME OF THE STAFF ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY. A PART OF THEM NEEDS TO BE REVISED, IN THE TERMS OF BEING OPEN TO OUTSIDE THE REGION AND TO THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER. SOMETIMES A LITTLE IS ENOUGH. THE PIZZA IS GOOD, A PIZZA WITH A LOW DOUGH. SOMETIMES THE TIMES NEED TO BE REVISED.
