Small trattoria with a very warm and welcoming hostess. We had highly recommended pasta dishes from the handwritten menu. A definite recommendation! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This historic trattoria is located in the historic center of Orte, opposite the town hall. Reservations are recommended, as it's very popular. The cuisine is exceptional, using top-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable. We tried some traditional dishes, including a mixed platter of fried foods, bruschetta, and local cured meats. For starters, we tried pici pasta with garlic sauce, and finally the delicious stuffed pigeon. Highly recommended.

Good food, well-prepared traditional dishes, such as pici all'aglione. Some dishes arrived a little cold. The broccoli rabe on the pandoro was as if it had just been taken out of the container. The house Grechetto was also very good.

Excellent Food tastes....really excellent.... first typical plate "Visciarelli" with red sauce.....made by water and Farina....do not loose it.... And do not forget to eat "maialino arrosto" (meat cooked) and "fagiolini" vegetable, really good and fresh.... Facilities: WiFi Available, Credit Cards. Eccellente Cucina con gusto.... Piatto caratteristico "Visciarelli" al sugo rosso.... pasta acqua e farina da non perdere....e non dimenticate il maglialino arrosto e i fagiolini saporitissimi.... Facilities: WiFi Available, Credit Cards. New Management from 2015 that is keeping the same quality and tastes but they renew the Room in nicer way Suggested....

I'm sorry, but we didn't have a great experience. Part of the menu wasn't available, the beer was sold out, the tomato bruschetta had tomato puree (never seen anything like this). There was no salad, and that was it. Unfortunately, I turned away; I was hoping for a nice lunch out of town, but instead...

Family atmosphere, excellent food, very fair prices. We were passing through Orte for two evenings, and we ate here on both evenings, by choice. Broth, tripe (unforgettable), tagliatelle, chicory, and guinea fowl (dreamy). The owner is very kind. It feels like home, but with delicious food.

Excellent discovery, we were in the area as a stopover from a trip, we discovered this restaurant perched on the center of Orte, parking a little early and a pleasant walk through the alleys in 10 minutes you reach the place, warm and welcoming atmosphere, restaurant with flavors and the smell of home

A very nice and welcoming restaurant located in the center... we had two first courses and a second course, abundant, tasty and of excellent quality... excellent value for money... also the house wine is not to be underestimated... highly recommended...

02/06/2026: A welcoming atmosphere, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, enhanced by excellent and courteous service. An honorable mention goes to the panna cotta, simply delicious! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
05/05/2026: We went for dinner on a Sunday, a little late, without a reservation, but they welcomed us with kindness and warmth (unsurprisingly). The place is rustic, a bit like the historic village pizzerias. They had both pizza and meat options, but we were craving pizza, and they were more than happy with that. We chose the pizza menu, which also included a nice appetizer, including focaccia. The pizza was thin and well-topped, yet light. We'll definitely be back as soon as we're craving a good pizza. See you soon.

14/04/2026: You always return to a place where you've had a good time! I'd already been there with friends in 2025 and wanted to return as a couple! I spent a night at Orto di Hans in one of the rooms on the property... Lovingly cared for and beautifully scented! We had dinner in the dining room and were equally pampered at breakfast... The menu isn't 1,000 courses, but for me, it's a guarantee of quality and is well thought out... with a gluten-free section if I remember correctly... even breakfast was all homemade! We spent the afternoon on the footgolf course, a local gem that gives you the opportunity to have fun and walk around their estate, cared for and managed with extreme love... it was a pleasure being your guests! See you soon!
15/03/2026: Spending an evening at Hans's Garden was the best choice we could have made. The hostess is a true force of nature, kind and thoughtful like few others I've met in my entire life. The location is unforgettable, as is the interior. The food is excellent, and the service impeccable. The fact that between courses, rather than resting a bit, she took the time to light the wood-burning stove behind us even though it wasn't really necessary, was truly appreciated. Everything was wonderful, and the value for money is truly excellent. If I could, I'd return every day. Go as soon as you can, and I assure you, you'll want to return whenever you can. 10 out of 5 stars
