12/04/2025: It is unacceptable that my meal arrived following an excruciating wait of more than 2 hours. Plus the food was cold and burnt at the same time.

28/12/2024: Great pub! Their flagship are the beers: all craft and made by them. Unique and very, very good. Relaxed and friendly staff. The choice of food is good and does its job: fill your belly so you can continue drinking beer! I especially found the burgers all very good - to the point that I would advise the place to reduce the other food choices to focus on a list of dishes that they are sure to do perfectly.

16/07/2025: It feels like there's less and less going on here every year. Hardly surprising for many who have known the site for a long time, and a shame, as the place itself is actually beautiful. Valuable feedback, constructive criticism, and suggestions for improvement are unfortunately ignored by the site operator and, like in responses to previous reviews, dismissed as untrue. It's a shame, really, since one could benefit from it. Criticism: There are too many dogs on the site. Despite signs prohibiting dogs, dogs are found on the sunbathing areas and on the beach, where people lie and the children play. For many, this is repulsive because it smells and people don't like lying in dog urine. Children are barked at. Last year, there was a dog attack on a child. Some inconsiderate dog owners let their dogs run around without a leash. The provided dog park is hardly used. The section of beach next to the camping beach is used as a dog toilet...extremely disgusting. This drives guests away. This is why dogs are not welcome at many other sites. - Sanitary facilities and washing facilities are substandard compared to other campsites. They're not always clean, they're over 40 years old, and they're not particularly nice. It feels like only the bare minimum has been invested in maintenance. It's a shame that it's not recognized that something as inconspicuous as sanitary facilities, where you feel comfortable, contributes significantly to the attractiveness of a campsite. Trees and bushes: Some trees on the site look outdated, and some appear to be nothing more than dead stumps. The trees in some areas are estimated to be over 60 years old and appear unkempt. As can be seen from previous feedback, guests feel unsafe pitching their tents/caravans under such trees. It feels as if these guests' concerns aren't being taken seriously. Just because a few new trees are planted doesn't change this perceived insecurity. This, too, drives guests away. The care of the bushes seems to have been neglected for a long time. Together with the trees and a few overgrown caravan ruins, this gives the site a wild, unkempt, and unattractive appearance. I think that's a shame; with a little more care, the site could actually be quaint and cozy. Positive: + The location of the site and the beach are very, very nice. For those who still come, this aspect outweighs the negative...for now. + The bar and restaurant are great! The owners are super friendly and helpful. The in-house barista spoils you with exceptionally good coffee! + The shop has good bread...and everything else you might need in between meals. In summary There are some great things here. Not everything has to be perfect. However, I know of families who no longer come because the site has become less attractive than comparable sites due to the criticisms mentioned above. My feedback is intended to be constructive criticism. I have summarized criticism from my family and other families who have been guests for decades and some of whom no longer come. I want to contribute to improvement and not denigrate the operators' efforts.

25/06/2025: Camping inside a structure full of trees. Therefore the heat is bearable, pity that it shows all its years. It would need a refresh to bring it back to the glories of the past, I think. However recommended if you want to have time to dedicate to water sports. The pitches furthest from the lake are max 150 mm.

27/07/2025: Onassis Bar in Montefiascone is a unique venue, located in a truly picturesque spot: literally on the lake. This detail alone makes the experience enjoyable, especially at sunset or on warmer days, when you can relax with a spectacular view of the water. The bar offers a simple but effective menu, with aperitifs accompanied by pizza slices and a few appetizers. The overall quality is decent. The pizza isn't memorable, but it's palatable and pairs well with a drink. The portions aren't generous, but they're in line with the service. The cocktail selection is quite extensive, and the prices are generally fair, considering the prime location. The service is friendly, though sometimes a bit slow, likely due to the influx of customers, especially in the evening. The staff is helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere helps you enjoy the moment. Onassis Bar isn't the most refined or sophisticated venue in the area, but it's not the worst either. It offers a pleasant and informal experience, ideal for those who want to take a break with a beautiful view. Recommended for a quiet aperitif by the lake. Four stars for the location and atmosphere.

26/07/2025: The lake is beautiful, the waitresses are rude, etc. Then we have a new menu chain that's so high in protein that it actually sucks, so let's assume they've participated in 'nightmare kitchens', but okay then. We have delicious bread with ants in it, a cute menu with a dead fly, and ice cream with a dead spider in it—oh, and the cockroach on the table is an obvious optional. Price: like €30 wasted on this stuff... And then in the end I only ordered bread and wine and a cover charge, and the pizza never arrived, but okay. Well, maybe they made me pay for the insects... I don't know, but I know there's a guy outside selling piadinas for €4, and maybe it's worth it. (It goes without saying that they say it's healthy food if the healthy thing is bread with ants in it, which is greasier than the oil you put in the car...) The... service seems to have suffered a catastrophe... 😅😂

25/08/2025: A young and friendly atmosphere. Good pizza, perhaps the best in the area. Open late and with ample parking. Suitable for large groups.

16/07/2025: A cute place with unique decor, it looks like a recycled art gallery. The problem is, it's too crowded. The ice cream isn't anything special, but seeing it topped with whipped cream was disappointing, and the price was a bit high. I didn't like seeing my grandson sneaking around everywhere; they even asked us to move so they could follow the little guy.

28/05/2025: A very nice cafe, coffee with a score of 100. The pastries are fresh and wonderful, and in the afternoon the place is also open, serving alcoholic cocktails.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Un posto poco lontano da Oriolo Romano ma in mezzo a un bellissimo bosco. Era tutto di ottima qualità.

11/02/2025: We booked this Agriturismo for lunch, arrived, and were surprised that, given it was Sunday, there was only one table for two people. This seemed a bit strange, but we still ordered a mixed platter and two first courses, macaroni with truffle. The quality of the cured meats was mediocre, and the cheeses were terrible. But the worst part was the first course, which cost €16 each. The pasta was full of starch that covered any flavor. We pointed this out, and received no consideration or apology. There was absolutely nothing Agriturismo about it: no animals, no genuine products, poor cuisine, and little consideration for the customers. Never again!!!! Parking is signposted between the trees, and that's what we did. If a customer asks for oil, bring them the supermarket oil. You have nothing Agriturismo about you, and you accept polite reviews while responding rudely.

04/07/2025: ….. Molto calda e stanchi del viaggio. Arrivati a Viterbo siamo stati attirati da questa trattoria vicinissima al nostro albergo. Mangiato molto bene con specialità tradizionali in un ambiente dal sapore antico. Buone le fettuccine al tartufo come pure i lombrichi al pesto di zucchine. Buonissimi gli straccetti e un servizio gentile e cordiale. Da consigliare sicuramente!

03/06/2025: Everyone tells their story, this is mine: due to a misunderstanding the location booked in Vetralla could no longer accommodate us; Dino from the ancient Locanda came to pick us up and made two rooms available plus dinner at Braceria. So for me everything is ok but more, truly hospitable and without extra charge

02/08/2025: We had baked scamorza cheese with zucchini and small anchovy fish – very tasty! But also a very fatty and filling dish (we only ate half each; it was definitely too big for us). Something new, new flavors for us, and we're so glad we tried it. The baked potatoes were amazing. We felt both hungry and stuffed at the same time 😂 The service was very friendly.

21/08/2025: For me, I Tullipani is a little summer ritual. Every year, lunch or dinner here becomes a moment of relaxation and beauty: a warm welcome, good food, and a homey atmosphere. A must-see if you're passing through Tuscania.

13/04/2025: Una serata culinaria eccezionale! Il cibo era davvero ottimo e molto abbondante. Il misto di affettati, il risotto e la pizza margherita erano tutti deliziosi. La tagliata era semplicemente fantastica! I prezzi erano molto convenienti, considerando la qualità e la quantità del cibo. Unico appunto: i piatti non erano particolarmente esteticamente gradevoli, secondo mio figlio. Tuttavia, questo non ha influenzato la nostra esperienza culinaria, che è stata eccellente! Consiglio vivamente di provare questo ristorante!

They charge like a quality establishment, then they serve you a mediocre aperitivo with discounted cured meats and a bad pizza, plated like a train station bar on a slate plate! You're ruining a wonderful place; let someone else manage it! Location isn't enough; you also have to give customers a reason to come back!
