I migliori ristoranti in Viterbo

09/01/2025: Un locale di stampo (jazz rock) musicale. Va bene, magari si potesse valutare un locale per la scelta culturale… carino l’arredamento a tema… ma la proposta del menu veramente triste. Non siamo in un ristorante e ci sta, ma aprire il giorno dell’Epifania e non avere metà del menù disponibile pone più di una domanda. La focaccia è finita, le olive “grandi” sono finite, quella birra è finita… e poi il cibo? Insalata in busta del supermercato, olive da discount, pane raffermo (certamente in busta)… forse da salvare qualche affettato. Ma perché?

30/12/2024: Bel locale, molto curato, proprio nel centro del paese. Cibo purtroppo di scarsa qualità, un vero peccato perché le aspettative erano altre.

12/01/2025: Why do you write on Google that closing time is 9pm if that's not the case?! Last night I went to your store with my girlfriend. We ordered two piadinas at 8pm with the intention of eating on site (trusting in the closing time you declared) but after more than 20 minutes of waiting the two employees on duty presented us with the order in a bag without giving us any notice, telling us that the catering area was no longer accessible after 8.30pm. We made do by eating our food in the car. Next time be more correct in displaying the closing times and perhaps instruct your employees to warn customers of the imminent closure to the public. The customer has the right to decide whether to eat takeaway or leave because you can no longer guarantee on-site consumption!

22/12/2024: Given that my family and I visited around 4 or 5 piadina shops (Rimini-Chieti-Rome---etc), the piadina was always perfect and the same in all the outlets: thin, delicate, cooked perfectly, hot as it should be. serve.Well tonight at the "Tuscia" shopping center in Viterbo we bought 3 piadinas: two classic ones with raw ham, one cooked one and mushrooms...embarrassing...I was almost ashamed for them...the piadina was 3 fingers thick and burnt, the raw ham which is normally quite hot inside the piadina was fresh from the fridge and in the cooked one and the mushrooms the latter were frozen....we didn't bring them back just because 'the center was almost closing (8.15pm, it closes at 9pm) and they wouldn't have had time to cook any more. I would have justified it if the store had been packed with customers and therefore in the rush to serve everyone, without making them wait too long, we had made the mistake, but at that time there were around 10 customers and three employees were also serving, so the mistake is not justifiable....NEVER AGAIN.....HORROR!!!!!I ask the owner to monitor more carefully

31/03/2025: Beautiful location, they often organize musical evenings and have nice aperitifs outdoors. The staff are friendly but on several occasions they were unorganized.

12/02/2025: Pizza, I'd say good. Nice guys at the tables. But at the time of payment the cashier wanted to charge me the cost of a glass of tap water (to swallow a 💊 pill) at the modest cost of 2 euros and this was because - according to her - the water was "filtered". A brief discussion arises, in which I - on principle - insist on asserting the reasons of common sense. Moral: pizza gone sideways, mood altered, afternoon I won't say ruined, but almost.

09/11/2024: I honestly have not used the rooms, but the restaurant has been several times. Location needless to say in front of the lake, menu not exaggerated but executed with great professionalism, excellent service, price adequate for everything written previously. I recommend it. It is better to book.

06/11/2024: Basic hotel, the reception and restaurant are separate from the rooms, they take you on foot to a complex right in front, the rooms are clean but very dated, the prices are great and the food is very basic. The breakfast they offer with the rooms is just a croissant and coffee.

28/12/2024: Very good food, shame about the atmosphere... with a place outside for dinner we were a little afraid of the environment...

02/11/2024: A few minutes from the historic center of Bagnaia, hotel with spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The gentleman who welcomed me, I think he is the owner, was very kind, as was the girl who was present the next morning... everything was perfect

02/11/2024: Dated hotel and 80's furniture a bit patched up, but the problem for us was the poor cleaning of the rooms, bathroom and restaurant area. Good food

03/09/2024: I don't understand why the girls or ladies in the morning and at table service never smile, but what are you doing us a favor by taking the commands? It's a place that works alone but could work 10 times as hard if it ever found managers who would have staff who were quick, friendly and who welcomed the customer properly. This year better than the old management but there is still a long way to go for the catering and the friendliness of the staff
