I migliori ristoranti in Viterbo

09/02/2024: Il ristorante la Taverna della Canonica è chiuso definitivamente. Lo stesso numero telefonico però è associato ad una altro ristorante Da Marco. Peccato che quando ho chiamato per prenotare non ci sia stato riferito. Tant'è che siamo arrivati al ristorante e abbiamo trovato chiuso. Richiamando ci è stato detto dove si trovava il nuovo ristorante. Arriviamo al nuovo ristorante dallo stile molto spartano e asettico; si sentiva solo il rumore del condizionatore che riscaldava l'ambiente. L'accoglienza è stata pessima, non si sono nemmeno scusati per il mancato avviso di cambio location. Ci sediamo ed ordiniamo la pasta per mio figlio che ha 18 mesi, chiedendo di portarla il prima possibile e nel frattempo avremmo ordinato noi. Il menù non è molto ampio ma ci hanno riferito che alcuni piatti non potevano prepararli per mancanza di ingredienti. Alla fine è arrivata prima la nostra carne che la pasta del mio bambino che ovviamente si è messo a piangere perché era affamato. La carne tutto sommato era buona ma non eccezionale. Ma il servizio veramente pessimo.

15/04/2024: I celebrated my wife's 60th birthday and I must say that organisation, professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, service and dishes are excellent. Giordano, the owner, was very helpful and proactive in the entire organization of the event. As long as I ate I never left the door again. I would summarize it all in one word.......FANTASTIC.

17/12/2024: Small restaurant inside the shopping centre, simple welcoming positive note that they make pizza in a wood oven and for lunch!!! very convenient for a different lunch and for an outing with friends. It could be higher since it's more of a focaccia, but good for a quick lunch it could also be fine, but for those who love pizza you have to get two!

06/10/2024: An English message will follow the Italian one. Large Pizzeria/Trattoria found by chance after a few purchases made in the small shopping center located nearby. The restaurant also offers takeaway delivery. The staff is kind and welcoming, the room is large and temperate (which is never bad in autumn/winter) thanks to the generous wood-burning oven. The food is succulent, especially the pizza. Really very thin, a Host in practice. Highly recommended. Large Pizzeria/Trattoria found by chance after a few purchases made in the small co-located shopping center. The place also does take-away delivery. The staff is kind and welcoming, the place is large and temperate (which in autumn/winter never hurts) thanks to the generous wood-fired oven. The food is succulent, especially the pizza. Really very thin, an Ostia in practice. Highly recommended.

11/09/2024: I have difficulty summarizing my review: located in the center of a humid basin. They promise educational activities with animals for children but in reality they have cows, buffaloes, bulls and horses that are impossible to spot from the space intended for customers. All the dishes are good, including the house wine. Right quality/price but I won't go back because we struggled to find activities to entertain our 3/4/5 year old children.

16/07/2024: The view is fantastic, the structure is rustic, with good food, large outdoor spaces and lots of animals. An excellent haven of peace.

19/08/2024: Tutto ok, gentilezza e pizza buona. L'attività fornisce pizza in teglia, rotonda e alla pala con un menù ricco di tipologie, la domenica anche si trovano anche prodotti di tavola calda e rosticceria

10/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato in questo posto durante una festa nel paese. Essendo tutti pieni gli altri locali, abbiamo trovato posto in questo locale e abbiamo capito il perché!!! Abbiamo preso 2 panini, uno con la cotoletta di quelle surgelate e 1 chiamato texano che è un mini hot dog con pane crudo alla modica cifra di 6€!!!

08/08/2024: Un bel sabato di fine maggio decidiamo di visitare il Giardino delle Peonie a Vitorchiano, molto ma molto bello, e ci fermiamo a mangiare nel ristorante all'interno che offre dei bei tavolini all'aperto letteralmente immersi nel verde. Il personale è attento, le ragazze sono gentili e pazienti e soddisfano le nostre pur piccole esigenze. Ordiniamo piatti della tradizione locale, squisiti lombrichelli con sugo di salsiccia, e un eccellente maialino porchettato con patate. Anche i cannelloni e il flan di asparagi non sfigurano al confronto. Deliziosa la crema al pistacchio e onesto il conto.

01/01/2025: Very disappointing New Year's Eve dinner too many courses of poor quality and badly cooked non-existent service asked for water after half an hour now that we had sat down asked for bread with the second starter drinks not included and it wasn't money out of the place. I regret the old management

22/12/2024: Given that my family and I visited around 4 or 5 piadina shops (Rimini-Chieti-Rome---etc), the piadina was always perfect and the same in all the outlets: thin, delicate, cooked perfectly, hot as it should be. serve.Well tonight at the "Tuscia" shopping center in Viterbo we bought 3 piadinas: two classic ones with raw ham, one cooked one and mushrooms...embarrassing...I was almost ashamed for them...the piadina was 3 fingers thick and burnt, the raw ham which is normally quite hot inside the piadina was fresh from the fridge and in the cooked one and the mushrooms the latter were frozen....we didn't bring them back just because 'the center was almost closing (8.15pm, it closes at 9pm) and they wouldn't have had time to cook any more. I would have justified it if the store had been packed with customers and therefore in the rush to serve everyone, without making them wait too long, we had made the mistake, but at that time there were around 10 customers and three employees were also serving, so the mistake is not justifiable....NEVER AGAIN.....HORROR!!!!!I ask the owner to monitor more carefully

13/10/2024: I give 4 stars not 5 because of the supplì.... Puts in trousers are always fantastic and wonderful (like thirty years ago!, price increased but it's okay, if the product is good you pay for it and don't care), the supplì are no longer the same... the price has increased (and as already said there is), but they are smaller and with less mozzarella…. Please go back to doing them as before!!!

04/09/2024: My compliments to all the fryer staff, always smiling, helpful and courteous, they have never given me any problems with orders (even at times close to closing). Quick in preparing food. Everything always very good. Highly recommended

19/07/2024: Ottimo locale in centro a Bolsena, buono il tagliere per 2 di affettati e formaggi ( speciale la marmellata all'arancia da accompagnare) con crostini caldi e 1 porzione di amatriciana che però non ci ha entusiasmato. Prezzo adeguato.

18/07/2024: Locale rustico e fresco nel centro di Bolsena, posto davvero accattivante. Proprietario simpaticissimo e disponibile al dialogo, anche nello spiegare i piatti tipici e i prodotti usati. Mangiato benissimo, bevuto ugualmente bene il vino di produzione propria. Un posto in cui ritornerò sicuramente, Bolsena è una fiaba ❤️
