The platter with local cured meats and cheeses is excellent. The first courses were also very good: gnocchi with tomatoes and garganelli with Roman broccoli, bacon and pecorino. The black cherry tart is exquisite, as is the hazelnut cream tiramisu. Praise for the service, really kind and professional waitress. Advised.

We had lunch at the factory for Easter... Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, the dishes are all good and prepared with local ingredients, the owners are excellent hosts who know how to advise you expertly and know how to put you at ease... If you pass through Ronciglione I highly recommend a stop here!

A special place! From all points of view. Welcoming, well-kept and quiet location. Really great food! My partner and I had dinner on all three evenings of our stay in Ronciglione, and we were able to taste various dishes offered, and it was all really delicious! Excellent food accompanied by amazing wines

Federico is an excellent host!😘 We had dinner last night... we ate a platter of excellent local products!! Two first courses including the lake carbonara which I recommend because it is excellent. Finally, a delicious hazelnut cream tiramisu. There is a very welcoming atmosphere and the place is very nice and clean. We will definitely be back! Great!

Beautiful discovery. Trip to the Viterbo area with friends and we stopped in Ronciglione for lunch, also because in February, the area understandably does not offer many possibilities for lunch. Fortunately we found this magnificent place, which already gave off an air of quality from the outside. The idea of ​​the furnishings and making it very home is nice. Excellent menu, in terms of choice, not too vast given the size of the place, but above all the quality of the products used is excellent. We didn't taste wine, but I noticed interesting and well-chosen labels. The possibility of choosing different types of water is interesting, an uncommon practice. Unfortunately we were not given this opportunity, which is why the score dropped slightly, but we were definitely not offended, it will be for next time. Small note, watch out for prices. In my opinion they are honest given the quality of the products, but they can impress when compared to the competition. I would definitely do it again if we were in the area again.

Trovare un localino così delizioso, dove l'amore per la tradizione si sposa con la ricerca dei migliori prodotti del territorio, abbinandoli con perfezione e maestria agli ottimi vini, non è facile, anzi direi che è quasi raro, in un Paese a forte tradizione gastronomica come il nostro. La cortesia, la conoscenza e l'amore per le tradizioni, la grande simpatia dei gestori, fanno di questo locale una vera attrazione per questo delizioso borgo, eletto il più bello d'Italia nel 2023. Nulla è lasciato al caso, tutto quello che finisce in tavola ha il profumo delle cose genuine e caserecce. E poi l'ottima conoscenza enologica del simpatico ospite, danno il deciso tocco di classe alla propria cena o al proprio pranzo. Ottimo locale, da provare assolutamente.

La cena con amici consumata presso l'Opificio, Storie di Calici & Fornelli è stata molto gustosa. Tutti noi, eravamo un gruppo di sei persone, abbiamo apprezzato i piatti proposti, con una particolare gradimento per il "Porcotto" che ha riscosso un grande successo, ma pure gli Spaghetti alla Mollica e gli Sformati non scherzano, in quanto a bontà. Informale e buono il servizio. Conto finale onestissimo.
