29/11/2025: I just returned from a business trip. The rooms were spacious, the shower comfortable, and in the morning the owner prepared a plentiful breakfast for us, with a kindness that was unique and rare... If I were to stay in Viterbo again, I would definitely go there.

15/09/2025: I can only say EXCELLENT and that is an understatement, invited to a wedding with an entire gluten-free menu, I was truly pampered, from the selection of appetizers taken care of in detail to the complete menu identical to the gluten-free one, even the final biscuits... everything perfect and delicious, I was truly speechless, congratulations to everyone...

16/11/2025: The pizza is truly delicious! They offer unique and delicious flavors, from pistachio to zucchini blossom: everything is simply wonderful. Also not to be missed are the fried pizza and arancini: an explosion of flavors. Jenny and Stefano are fantastic, always kind and welcoming; you can feel their passion in every detail. The prices are fair and honest, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for those who love quality pizza without spending too much! 💛🍕

29/11/2025: While visiting Vitorchiano, we stopped before leaving for something to eat—a hot chocolate, a few coffees, etc.—a very nice place with young, very friendly staff. We sat down at a table for a drink. As we left, I forgot my shoulder bag with my keys and cell phone hanging on the chair at the table. Only on the way back, after several kilometers, while I was in the car, did I realize it. I called a friend's cell phone, and they promptly answered, reassuring me that they had found it. Reassured, I immediately returned, and with great relief, thanks to them, the beautiful day hadn't been ruined by my carelessness. I'm truly grateful to them for that. Thank you!

27/11/2025: As soon as I moved in, I was curious about their 12° beer. The atmosphere was quaint, the owners were very friendly, and the beer was truly excellent. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: What can I say... my favorite pub, not just for the atmosphere but also for the beers offered by master brewer Claudio. It's a lovely, quiet atmosphere, almost always packed, with friendly and always helpful staff. The beers are fantastic. I recommend the Cimina, the Tribe, and the Francigena, all three of which are truly excellent. Tribe is known for its 9% alcohol content, which has now become 12%, but it's excellent. The food is very good, and the prices are excellent. I recommend it for an evening with friends or even just for a drink. Large garden, both indoor and outdoor parking, easily accessible on foot or by car. There are board games to pass the time, and the music is also pleasant. When it's packed, you can barely talk, but that's normal! What else can I say? Very clean place, my favorite.

12/09/2025: AMAZING PORCHETTA Having arrived from the Montefiascone-Viterbo stop on the Via Francigena, I was hungry and craving a well-made porchetta sandwich. Wandering around the center, I stumbled upon this grocery store that seemed just the thing. My instincts were right. I ate a sandwich first and then had a second because it was so good. The owner knows how to recommend the best. The combination of porchetta and sautéed chicory is sublime. The owner was also kind enough to hold my backpack for a few hours. I even bought the pork chops to take home as a souvenir! RECOMMENDED! Reasonably priced.

12/09/2025: I stumbled upon this island of flavors by chance, looking for a quick meal to conclude today's stage. I highly recommend it, treat it, and "pamper" it like the most regular customer. Top-quality products, kindness, and availability in large quantities. Highly recommended.

02/01/2026: High prices compared to the local average and lack of transparency in communication. Several of us ordered a half chicken with a side dish of our choice for €15. Before ordering, we asked for clarification, and the owner told us we could freely choose a side dish from the menu, clearly implying it was included. When we got the bill, however, a €7 side dish was added for each chicken, something never indicated on the menu. We paid without question, but this approach is misleading and leaves an unpleasant feeling. I've attached a photo of the menu: the words "chicken with herbs and a side dish of your choice" legitimately suggest the side dish is included. Finding out only on the bill that each side dish costs €7 is perplexing, to say the least. It's a real shame, because the atmosphere is beautiful, the waitress was very kind, and the food was good, but we felt cheated.

19/12/2025: We went out for dinner one evening in December. We ordered a wagyu burger, inedible; it wasn't wagyu, it smelled terrible, and it didn't even come with a side dish. €19... The cube roll was as hard as a cobblestone... Very good service.
