31/08/2025: Disrespectful behavior toward customers. Unique rudeness, experienced firsthand, leaves much to be desired, especially with women, since he practically threatened to hit me just because I wanted to go to the bathroom to change.

07/09/2025: The place is wonderful and worth a visit just for the wonderful view from the terrace overlooking Sutri's Roman amphitheater. Given the location, the prices are decidedly fair. The food is neither glorious nor infamous, and the service is rather glacial.

16/08/2025: A fabulous discovery. Tasty traditional cuisine. I highly recommend it. We had zucchini flowers, and they were delicious. They recommended a glass of wine to pair with a wonderful plate of gnocchi with Viterbo-style sauce. They were spectacular. Congratulations!

04/10/2025: An explosion of authentic, ancient flavor and immense delicacy, especially the warm, lean porchetta paired with the deep, full-bodied house red wine. I've rarely found such pleasure in food. The tasting was a special offer; I bought a plate of porchetta with toasted bread, ciambelle, pozzetti, a bottle of red wine, and a glass of gentian.

18/09/2025: Sublime, very clean place, truly exceptional local produce. The food is divine, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. This charming and well-decorated place is located in the historic center of Viterbo, an excellent location for a stroll through the medieval town and a truly delicious, high-quality meal—not to be missed.

15/10/2025: Excellent trattoria in the historic center of Viterbo. Typical local cuisine, everything delicious. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is in line with the offerings. We dined there two evenings.

28/05/2025: I'm sorry to say that my experience was quite negative. The atmosphere was chaotic right from the entrance, and there was only one person serving all the customers, so there was a lot of confusion. The menu (on the wall above) was very unclear, especially about what I could have and what I would have to pay extra for. In addition, I only noticed the pre-made sandwiches after I had already placed my order, since they are in a completely different position than the menu and in my case they were also partly covered by the people sitting at the tables next to them. Aside from the narrow space, when ordering it wasn't clear that I could put everything I wanted in the sandwich, and communication was also difficult to keep up. I wasn't satisfied with the food itself either: there wasn't much meat and the bread was poor. What really upset me was the cheddar, which you have to pay for separately, but if you look closely it's just cheddar slices from the supermarket. At this point I could have made it at home too. I saw a lot of improvisation in this place (probably due to the large number of customers), which did not make me leave satisfied. Too bad.

09/09/2025: An excellent bar if you want to have aperitifs and dinners, excellent pizza, excellent sandwiches and piadinas, and an outdoor and indoor bar. Highly recommended if you want to have a drink and relax.

11/06/2025: A welcoming and well-kept bar, perfect for a coffee break or an aperitif with friends. The staff is friendly and the service is fast and attentive. Excellent coffee, fresh croissants and well-prepared cocktails. The strong point of the place is the beautiful outdoor garden, ideal for enjoying an aperitif in the open air in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

25/07/2025: Posto immerso nella campagna al confine tra il Lazio e la Toscana, tavolo apparecchiato come si deve in un bel contesto agreste.vPrimi promossi a pieni voti, coniglio fritto ottimo, e poi le patatine fritte pazzesche, veniamo all'unico punto critico della serata la tagliata, la carne come correttamente mi era stato anticipato dalla nostra cameriera si è rilevata piuttosto dura e grassa, tanto è vero che loro per gli stessi motivi non propongono la bistecca; dolci fatti da loro molto buoni. Servizio perfetto carta dei vini non chilometrica ma con vini locali di assoluta eccellenza e conto in linea con quello che abbiamo preso.

14/07/2025: Posto bellissimo immerso nel verde ! Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto con parmigiana di melanzane e gnudi ! Strepitosi ! Per finire poi con il maialino arrosto e una tagliata ! Se si soggiorna in. Zona Pescia Romana dovete provalo :) prezzi buoni
