The property is located on Via Santa Maria della Grotticella, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center, in a quiet yet well-connected area. It's a 4-star hotel with a classic feel, spacious rooms, and a simple, elegant atmosphere. The double room was spacious, clean, and well-soundproofed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and functional, with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, which contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. The staff was always friendly and helpful, ready to provide directions and useful tips for exploring the city. Breakfast is served in a bright room and offers a good variety of sweet and savory options, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Additional amenities include private parking, a meeting room for events or business meetings, and an on-site restaurant (reservation required), ideal for those wishing to dine on-site after a day of sightseeing or business. In short, the Mini Palace Hotel is a convenient and reliable option for those visiting Viterbo, offering excellent value and a perfect location for exploring the city or relaxing at the nearby Terme dei Papi.

09/10/2025: We were passing through on a simple Wednesday evening and stumbled upon this place, where we were greeted by a truly friendly and down-to-earth woman. The sandwiches and fries were delicious! We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

01/02/2026: I've been to this place several times, both for lunch and dinner, and I can confidently say it's one of the best discoveries I've made in recent memory. The atmosphere changes throughout the day but remains consistently delightful: at lunchtime, it's more relaxed and bright, perfect for a quality break, while in the evening, it becomes livelier and more engaging, with warm lighting, perfectly balanced background music, and an energy that makes you want to stay. It's one of those places where you pop in for a quick bite and end up spending hours chatting. The food is decidedly above average. The menu combines the great classics—appetizers, first courses, meat dishes, daily specials, gourmet platters, sandwiches, and fried foods—with quality ingredients and carefully crafted pairings. At lunchtime, I appreciated the opportunity to eat something tasty but not heavy, while at dinner, I indulged in more indulgent dishes, some of which were also available to share. The drink selection is also excellent; the cocktails are well-balanced and beautifully presented. The real added value, however, is the service. Having returned several times, I've noticed a rare consistency: the staff is always smiling, fast, and attentive. Jasmine, Miriam, and Natalia in particular were truly excellent: professional, kind, and able to make you feel welcome, never intrusive but always present at the right time. They truly make the difference to the experience. Prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered, perhaps even better than expected considering the portions, ingredients, and ambiance.

15/01/2026: A well-deserved five stars! Excellent food and impeccable presentation (the platter was a feast for the eyes and the palate). Special thanks to the staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. It's rare to find such helpful staff. Highly recommended!

17/11/2025: Quadruple room with a window overlooking the wonderful lake. Unfortunately, the room wasn't spotless, and despite reporting the shampoo and shower gel dispensers to us twice, they didn't fix the problem. The garden and pool are beautiful.

07/03/2026: This is my second time eating at this delightful restaurant. The food is excellent, especially the Sardinian dishes. The chickpea and chestnut soup, the Canepina hay, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga... everything is delicious. The staff is courteous and helpful... some more, some less, or at different times :D... but Desirée deserves a 10 with honors :) We'll be back again and again.
