01/03/2026: A small, cozy, and quiet place. The food is excellent, with top-quality meat. Two of us showed up without a reservation, along with a small dog, and they found us a table right away after a few other rejections at more popular places. A fast, cheerful young man waits at the tables; we could have stayed until the evening. Our compliments!

22/02/2026: Nice and welcoming place, the food is good and well-presented. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel at ease. Prices are average, a bit on the high side in my opinion, but overall a positive experience.

30/09/2025: In my case, it was all to myself, and my dog, of course. Bolsena is a beautiful lake. Beforehand, I recommend a visit to the town whose name the lake bears, Bolsena. Very cool.

30/09/2025: A very charming place on the lakefront beach. We opted for a quick and undemanding lunch, but there was a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, and they were all delicious. We especially enjoyed the bruschetta and the generous mixed salads. I also recommend a nice walk along the lakeside, as the area is truly worth it.

21/10/2025: There's a wide variety of pizzas, and they're all baked in a wood-fired oven, which makes them incredibly delicious. And the staff is very friendly. Just don't expect much from the atmosphere. I ordered takeout.

11/11/2025: Compared to a few months ago (I think the management and name have changed), there have been many improvements. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is well-kept. I'm not giving it a 5 only because they don't make "simple" sandwiches (a classic ham and mozzarella, for example). Only tramezzini. Overall, a nice place.

06/01/2026: Aldero Hotel, Restaurant, and Pizzeria... top! A family-run establishment. Each floor of the rooms is a different color, with rare construction technology, from the room to the suite, etc. I recommend it.

21/09/2025: Years have passed, but Gitano remains my favorite place. The little wooden house with its beautiful veranda overlooking the lake still has its charm. From here, you can admire the lake in 360°, a lake that never has the same color, but is always beautiful. This year, the big news: in charge, we have a wonderful staff of 20-year-olds; beautiful, smiling, and extremely courteous. They always keep this place tidy and clean. The food is excellent; my favorite dish is octopus with potatoes. Francesco, our legendary lifeguard, is always there. His strong point? His ability to engage the children and keep their "screaming" parents at bay so they can take a nice nap in the afternoon. Thanks to all the staff, and see you next year. Hugs, Emanuela

21/09/2025: Nice place, excellent food, breakfast/lunch/dinner. We had lunch, tonnarelli sea bass and cherry tomatoes for two, delicious. Two Cokes, one water, homemade ice cream, very fair prices, friendly staff. We'll be back for lunch again today.

10/01/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was truly thrilled. The cuisine is authentic and home-cooked, strongly rooted in seasonal ingredients, with dishes that showcase the genuine flavors of tradition and convey passion and attention to every detail. The pizza section is also excellent: the pizzas are large, well-topped, and above all, light and digestible, thanks to a carefully crafted dough and proper leavening. Alongside the more classic options, there's no shortage of gourmet toppings, sophisticated yet always balanced, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. The location is another great strength: meticulously maintained, industrial-style, welcoming, and modern at the same time. Parking is extremely convenient, a detail that's far from obvious and truly appreciated. The staff is competent, courteous, and always available, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The real highlight, however, is the extensive wine selection: a rich and well-researched list, with quality labels that perfectly complement each dish. A restaurant that combines tradition, quality, innovation, and customer service, highly recommended. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of everything; I was busy eating and enjoying the place and the company! 😂

06/12/2025: Well-made, thin, round Roman pizza. The place doesn't have many seats, so in the winter, it's definitely a good idea to book, otherwise you risk being booked out. A wide selection of pizzas and an excellent wine list.
