15/12/2025: I'd been there before and had a good impression, so I went back, and the good impression was confirmed: excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices.

17/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the historic center, where you can experience a classic "slow life" atmosphere.
The staff is polite and friendly, and as for the food, the pinsa with its classic Roman flavors is truly exquisite.
For years now, it's been my go-to stop on every trip; I highly recommend it!

01/03/2026: While strolling through the narrow streets of Tarquinia, I came across this pizzeria in the Piazza del Belvedere. Pizza, panuozzi, and pasta dishes baked in a pignatiello oven...all excellent and tasty! Friendly and welcoming staff, a charming atmosphere.
14/11/2025: Pizzeria located at the entrance to the historic center of Tarquinia, the girl who served us was very friendly and the pizzas were delicious, plus they were very fast.

26/10/2025: We stumbled upon Eklettica by chance, and it was a delightful discovery!
The dishes are prepared in the morning, left at the counter, and reheated when you order.
The quality is excellent! Seasonal, home-grown vegetables (and you can taste it!!!), generous portions, and reasonable prices.
If we weren't so far away, we'd go back!
Highly recommended!!!!
09/10/2025: We stopped for a glass of red wine (an excellent local 14% alcohol wine, truly delicious) and two desserts (cheesecake with apricot jam and chocolate and walnut cake...incredible, delicious).
The concept of this place is beautiful, serving quality food from breakfast to dinner, including lunch, snacks, and aperitifs. My heartfelt compliments. The quality "a little bit of everything" is a great idea.
Impeccable service, we'll definitely be back...highly recommended 🥰
And I forgot, exceptional music 👍

08/03/2026: Small restaurant in the center of Tarquinia. The menu features local dishes, including meat and fish options.
We chose fish; we weren't particularly impressed with the simple, straightforward presentation. Unfortunately, the seafood appetizer was seasoned with a truly awful oil, which affected the overall outcome. The first course, en papillote, with paccheri and fish sauce, was good. The stuffed squid was good, neither good nor bad. The food was adequate, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere a bit too simple.

01/03/2026: The owner sends you away, kicks you out after an hour and a half, because he tells you he could serve the table even if there are no people waiting. A terrible experience considering the cost. I would add that I was very nice with all the staff and with him himself... I've been there before. We even joked and made some jokes. Now that there are more people and more money in circulation... this happens. The problem is that perhaps he is young and doesn't know how to manage a place. People go out not only to eat... at home I eat for free but also to spend an evening with friends. Whoever owns a restaurant must think not only about money, but also about customers... CHANGE JOB!!!

24/12/2025: Excellent cuisine! The wait staff is highly trained, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere is very refined. A superb selection of wines is also available. The menu is rich in traditional delicacies, expertly prepared by Signora Lalla! The first courses are fabulous, and the pasta is strictly homemade. The desserts are incredible; I'm convinced I've tasted the best Millefoglie of my life! Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: Lovely little trattoria right on the shore, beautiful views over lake Bolsena. The food and atmosphere were great. We had two courses with wine and beer for €30 each. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

17/02/2026: I paid €17 for two white wines served in a literally dishwasher-warm glass from the Spritz aperitif (and not even that hot), a glass of red wine, and a flat S. Pellegrino cocktail from a plastic bottle without an ice cube or an orange slice! I had to ask for appetizers twice... there were three adults and two girls...
I say that hiring people who know how to do their job always pays off... these girls really don't know what they're doing! I'm sorry, but it's not even their fault! Zero professionalism.

16/02/2026: A lovely bar with excellent sweet and savory products, including generous appetizer platters at a fair price. They have beautifully packaged artisanal products. It's run by very friendly young women, and the opening hours are very convenient, from early morning to late at night.
