Definitely pleasant experience. Rustic but clean atmosphere. Kindness of the staff. Excellent food and fair portions. Try the tonnarelli alla gricia with hazelnuts and the appetizer of goat and non-goat cheeses. The oil used in the condiments is excellent. The bruschetta with crispy bacon is well seasoned. Very nice place, very familiar environment and precise and helpful staff. We ate two appetizers and two first courses. The bruschettas offered by the house with local oil and hazelnuts are excellent and very welcome..... excellent quality products, certainly recommended.

Calda Accoglienza, locale caratteristico, cibo ottimo, straordinariamente tutto buono , dolci compresi . Maroni con la panna da leccarsi i baffi. Torneremo!

Set in the village of Caprarola, the tavern takes you back in time, the castle in which it is located has been kept in perfect condition and the girls dressed in traditional clothes make everything even more beautiful. Prima volta in questo locale molto accogliente e ben riscaldato, considerando che si trova al.di sotto della sede stradale in una giornata fresca ed umida. Qualità delle materie prime e preparazione dello chef consentono di mangiare bene. Di contro riscontrati servizio non proprio impeccabile(non riporto quanto riferito alle interessate),e quantità delle porzioni differenti per tavoli, a me è strato servita un'ottima griciarola per primo (come fossi un BAMBINO!) mentre ho notato che da altre "parti" non mancava la nota generosità delle porzioni, leggendo recensioni precedenti. Alla fine conto "asettico" senza offrire un goccio di amaro od uno sconto, visto che avevo fatto presente le mie giuste osservazioni al personale di sala. Pertanto su certi aspetti potrebbero valutare un miglioramento dell'efficienza e le cinque stelle saranno d'obbligo! RM
