23/11/2025: The owners are very kind. However, for the past two years, I've found it unfair that the menu has been the same for all pizza flavors. Someone choosing a Margherita, which usually costs €6.00, is honestly exaggerated here. The pizza turned out rubbery, which was much better and cheaper back in the day.
09/11/2025: Pizza served on two generously sized plates, with good dough and quality ingredients (it was my first time trying nettle pizza, and I have to say it didn't disappoint). The fried foods were also very good, especially the various types of supplì. Friendly staff, good value.

04/12/2025: Terrible evening!!! We ate at this pizzeria after a night at the movies. Of the three pizzas we ordered, only one was edible! The Margherita was full of oil and tomato sauce, but it didn't arrive, and instead had two holes in it! Naturally, none of the waitresses in the dining room came to our table to ask why we weren't eating. We asked for the bill, which we paid in full without having eaten, and left immediately!
The icing on the cake: there's no bathroom; we had to use the one in the Cinetuscia Village, which was in terrible condition. When we mentioned this to the dining room staff, they told us it wasn't their responsibility!
Never again!
26/11/2025: Fantastic pizza with well-leavened and very digestible dough. The ingredients are also very good and refined. I don't recommend just getting a Margherita, but exploring the pizzas with different toppings. They also have a completely vegetarian pizza, which is very good.

30/11/2025: We're here in Viterbo on vacation and discovered this small but cozy café where you can enjoy an excellent breakfast! Friendly staff and fast service. The cappuccino with a dusting of cocoa is delicious, and the pastries are delicious, fresh, and fragrant. Highly recommended!

16/11/2025: We had dinner at this beautiful restaurant nestled in a stunning cave. Stunning location, the addition of the heaters was great because it's cool inside.
Quality food. The strozzapreti with chestnuts was delicious. The ribs were super good. The desserts were impeccable.
Fair prices for such a unique location.
Highly recommended!
27/10/2025: After waiting about an hour and a half and having lunch at 3:30 PM, all six of us, a few hours later and the following day, felt ill with stomach cramps, nausea, and fever.
I understand Sundays, I understand the difficulty of managing certain situations, I understand everything... but if you're not capable of managing certain dynamics, it would be better not to seat more than a certain number of people.
Not to mention the rudeness of one waiter when we arrived.
The only positive note was the waiter who served us: helpful, kind, and polite.
A real shame because the place is also nice inside!
But anyway... never again!!!

Letizia, the owner, is the real highlight: kind and welcoming, she opens the doors of her home to you and makes you feel right at home. An experience I highly recommend. Whenever we want to escape the city, we retreat to Orto di Hans and return feeling refreshed!

The service wasn't the best in terms of wait times and manners, but that's understandable given that we went for lunch on a Sunday.
What wasn't right, however, was receiving a bill with prices different from those on the paper menu.
The customer should be notified if the prices on the paper menu are different from the actual prices.

Unpretentious place
Friendly waiters
We mostly ate pizza
And as an appetizer, fried flowers and anchovies
Unfortunately, the flowers were fried in stale oil
The anchovies are perhaps not worth the €10 price tag, they're the classic ones in vinegar
The pizza is very good, very fine, which I really like (it depends on your taste), cooked in a wood-fired oven and well-seasoned
One thing that's out of place is the slightly neglected garden furniture
And the €3 per person cover charge, which is noticeable
Apart from that, I'll be back to try other things, and definitely their pizza.
