Right in the center of Bolsena. Quality food, for sure, but a word of advice: the pizza should be round, not rectangular, and much larger. €15 is too expensive for a pizza that looks like a small pinsa.

We ate a very good pizza, the lake poke was very tasty, the service was excellent and finally the waiter offered us a digestive made by him and it was pleasant, we were very satisfied and we will be back.

We chose this historic Bolsena trattoria to celebrate us from '66... and in the end, we found not only good food, but also an authentic and cheerful atmosphere. Traditional dishes, a welcoming atmosphere, and a warmth that is increasingly rare today. But it took on an even more special feel when the owner—also from the legendary '66—joined us with music, laughter, and impromptu dancing. It felt more like being among old friends than in a restaurant.
If you're passing through Bolsena and looking for a real place where you can feel at home, this trattoria is for you.

A trattoria we loved. We also found that they catered to celiacs and had a delicious pizza: light, crispy, and with excellent toppings. The octopus and tagliata were fresh and cooked very well. 👍
