I tried the porcini mushroom risotto and the fresh gluten-free pasta: both dishes were rich in flavor and well-prepared. The main courses, like the grilled chicken, were also tender and tasty. The gluten-free tiramisu was the perfect ending to a satisfying dinner. The prices are reasonable for the quality, considering the attention given to each gluten-free dish. We stumbled upon this exceptional local spot while passing through Viterbo and sampled their hearty dishes like pizza and bread, hot lunches, and sweet pastries. The selection is fantastic, and in addition to a wide range of gluten-free options, they also offer vegan choices. The food was delicious, and even though we don't speak Italian, the staff were patient and very friendly. Communicating in English was no problem. They even helped us order a taxi to the shop when we asked. All in all, a truly great place with friendly, easy-going people and delicious food :) Thank you so much!

Very crumbly dough and good pizza, the location leaves a little to be desired, it could use some modernization: but it is truly good food for those intolerant to gluten so it deserves 4 stars.

11/11/2025: Compared to a few months ago (I think the management and name have changed), there have been many improvements. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is well-kept. I'm not giving it a 5 only because they don't make "simple" sandwiches (a classic ham and mozzarella, for example). Only tramezzini. Overall, a nice place.
29/06/2025: Beautiful location, modern structure with attention to detail. Good quality of products, kind and helpful staff. Excellent coffee and pastries. Good lunch and dinner, very good aperitif with apericena.

03/10/2025: Our stay was okay. Not bad but definitely not what we expected. We stayed two nights (as part of our walk along the Via Francigena) and I would not stay here again. Our room and bed were nice. Dinner was good but not great and it took forever (30+ minutes between 1st and 2nd course) and all our food was warm but not hot. The breakfast had a lot of pastries, store-bought yogurt, some soft apples and not much else - not even eggs or granola (I question the whole zero-kilometer food concept they promote). Overall, we didn’t really feel much warm hospitality- we honestly did not even get a “welcome” when we arrived or a “thank you” when we paid. (Although the young lady who did breakfast was very friendly). If you stay, I would avoid the meal options. As a pilgrim walking the VF, it’s not worth the extra kilometers.
10/08/2025: Beautiful, quiet property surrounded by greenery. Thanks to the hospitality of the entire family, you feel right at home. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes, pies, and much more. Ditto for dinner. Everything was delicious, including locally sourced vegetables. Comfortable and welcoming rooms. Beautiful view and lovely pool. Thank you. We always love to return.
