Four stars more than deserved. The starters and first courses were very good. The service was not perfect. One of the four first courses escaped them and arrived a little late. The place was very welcoming. I would definitely go back.

A wonderful experience, excellent value. We ate divinely, particularly enjoying the homemade cheeses, orange marmalade, and hazelnut and chestnut liqueur. We recommend trying the local and traditional first courses. The outdoor seating area of the cloister is truly beautiful, and we recommend eating there if a table is available. Antonio is an excellent host and is truly worth a visit. If you're in Viterbo, definitely go.

I'll start by saying that thin, crusty pizza isn't my favorite, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Despite the crowd, we were served fairly quickly, and the atmosphere is pleasant, with no acoustic issues. The best part is their second space, which is in a convent cloister!

Beautiful restaurant in the historic center, excellent food, shame they didn't tell me there were no prawns in the dishes I ordered, but the menu stated that this was an unforgivable omission for me.

A medieval-style restaurant in a stone cave, very atmospheric. The appetizer was plentiful and very good. We ordered the homemade tagliatelle with truffle and sausage, and the one with porcini mushrooms, both of which we enjoyed. If we hadn't been completely full by then, we would have ordered more. Probably because I'm pregnant, it took me a long time to digest the porcini mushrooms, but for me it was worth it anyway.

La Chimera is a magical restaurant. Time stands still as soon as you enter, thanks to the courtesy of the staff, their kindness and courtesy that make you feel at home. They welcomed us even though it was late. Their helpfulness, combined with the deliciousness of the dishes, are a harmonious combination. Perfect pizzas. Delicious porcini mushrooms. Tender meat. Excellent tiramisu. Side dishes: bruschetta and Cinta Senese. Everything delicious!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!! Thanks Renato!
