19/08/2025: I am very disappointed with Bialetti’s customer service. I bought a Brikka (old model) only six years ago, and it has already become unusable due to a design flaw in the valve. The valve keeps clogging, no matter how carefully it is cleaned or maintained. When I reached out to Bialetti for support, the answer was that they could not help me.. For a company that claims to stand for tradition and quality, this is unacceptable. Even more frustrating, the new Brikka models no longer use this defective valve – clearly acknowledging the issue – yet customers with the older model are simply left without help or spare parts. It is disappointing that Bialetti refuses to take responsibility or offer a goodwill solution for a premium-priced product that should last much longer. This lack of accountability and customer support is not what I expect from a brand like Bialetti. I will not buy from Bialetti again and want other customers to be aware of this issue before spending money on their products.

I don't know how much you pay her, but she definitely deserves a bonus or a raise! People like her deserve to be valued.

26/04/2025: We ordered with just eat. Normally their service is great and I like the pizza. This time I was surprised because it didn't go well at all. The raw meat is missing (it seems singular to me as a lack) the pizza included yellow cherry tomatoes, buffalo strips and lard but there were none of these ingredients. A little disappointed. I hope it's a bad day

03/09/2025: Exceptional! The owner is friendly but not intrusive. The artichokes are delicious, and the prosciutto and cheeses are phenomenal. The first courses are also impeccable, well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. Competitive prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

01/09/2025: A very nice, cozy, traditional restaurant. My wife and I had a great meal here. Affordable and delicious! The waiter, Monni, was a very pleasant guy with a good sense of humor! It was a very enjoyable evening! Definitely recommended if you're in Rome!

Good coffee but croissants not up to standard...sometimes they are big, sometimes small, sometimes burnt (you can tell right away)...I haven't tried the pastry shop Not among the best in the area in my opinion as far as puff pastries are concerned

18/05/2025: Excellent environment, possibility to stay outside. Wheelchair users can access the place, in the external part there is a reserved area reachable by wheelchair. The guys are very good at serving. Excellent what they prepare and the attention to service, prices for coffee, cappuccino and croissants fair for the quality. The only big flaw is the bathroom is not accessible to wheelchair users.

19/08/2025: I would have given 0 stars if it were possible!!! Ordered a pizza at 1:52 PM, ready and picked up at 2:47 PM (an hour to prepare a pizza), and it doesn't end there, it arrived an hour later, that is, a total of 2 hours to receive a pizza that was practically trash!!! Never again...

14/08/2025: With all due respect, €6.80 for a very ordinary tomato and rice takeout is unjustifiable. You can't find that price even at a sit-down restaurant. And it wasn't great. Update: Given the lack of other options in the area, I had to return, finding the service rude and the prices exorbitant. If I were the owner, I'd do some soul-searching; personally, this is my second and final test.

15/08/2025: Excellent food, very welcoming and helpful staff. The atmosphere is very nice and organized, and there's the option of horseback riding. We recommend coming for a fun, carefree day, and if you want to spend time with your family and friends.

21/07/2025: The restaurant is really nice, a typical mountain restaurant with rustic cuisine and the option of horseback riding, which you can even see up close. The dining room overlooks a valley and has a relaxing atmosphere. The service is mostly young, and it's a real pleasure, but I would recommend a little more speed in service and attentiveness to requests. Regarding the food, I can say it's all good, but nothing exceptional. We had slightly higher expectations, but the appetizer seemed a bit meager; several first and second courses were unavailable, and the potatoes were practically saltless. Seven of us ordered four appetizers, five first courses, six second courses, four side dishes, water, wine, coffee, and three liqueurs for a total of €270. We weren't particularly satisfied.

13/07/2025: I hate to give it one star, but it's fair to acknowledge the slow service. When you call to make a reservation, they don't tell you about the "biblical" wait times. The pizza is good, even though I ate it "haphazardly," not because I was hungry. It's unthinkable to be served after 1.5 hours without being notified. We sat down at 9:00 PM, and the first pizza arrived at 10:35 PM. When we politely pointed this out to a waiter, he exclaimed, "We have so many pizzas to make." Since there were so few people in the dining room, the many pizzas were for takeout. That's not good! Especially since, after our complaints and those of another couple in the dining room, they continued with takeout. I only stayed because there were two children at my table and it was really late. So what can I say? If you decide to go, either go "already eaten" or arm yourself with a lot of patience.
