04/08/2025: We stopped in because we were passing by, and were immediately greeted by a very kind and cheerful waiter. The food was excellent... I highly recommend it.

29/07/2025: We went to this restaurant and had a great time. The staff was very kind and attentive. We had a delicious appetizer, and after browsing many restaurants in the area, we finally found "i surici."

12/08/2025: Shameful experience. The owner doesn't know how to manage the place during its most important time, the morning. She greeted us coldly and impatiently, making a mess of our orders. I asked for coffee three times and it never arrived. At the cash register, everything was going smoothly when we paid, and she blamed us, saying she hadn't paid for two croissants (which no one had actually ordered), also listing three coffees on the receipt (one had ordered a cappuccino, another a latte macchiato, and another a crema di caffè). With a suspicious and angry expression, she took it out on us, hysterically asking, "What are we going to do?" Probably (as I said before), the management is so terrible that the owner made a mistake, confusing those two croissants that might have belonged to someone else. If it's true that the customer is always right, luckily the other owner said he's okay with it and let us go. It's easy to blame a group of young people, probably judging us as bad boys. Maybe he was exploiting this to make money. I don't know how those two croissants ended up there, but we were 100% sure we'd never seen them before. If the other reviews praise the management and staff, they were probably left by tourists or those who don't frequent Bracciano bars. If you don't know how to be a bartender, it's best not to do it, because it seems simple but requires charisma, speed, and honesty. The food is still very good, except that it's quite expensive for its proportions.

05/08/2025: The café is in an excellent location, right in front of the City Hall. The croissant and cappuccino were really good. The only flaw is the prices: I paid €2.20 for the croissant and €1.65 for the cappuccino, quite high prices that remind me of service station prices, unrealistic.

20/08/2025: There are no issues with the food, but be careful at the cash register. Instead of 6 euros, they took 246 euros from our card. They didn't want to return the money until I started arguing. It's a shame that they think they can cheat

16/08/2025: I'd like to commend the guy taking orders at the McDonald's Drive-Thru and his manager, who recently, on August 15th, handled with exemplary professionalism some disrespectful, rude, and even dumb customers who couldn't even scan a QR code from the app during a seven-minute wait! I have every respect for everyone who works at this McDonald's.

21/08/2025: A beautiful place for breakfast with pizza 🍕 and then I also noticed some ready-made dishes for lunch, fresh bread 🥖 and lots of vegetables and good quality wine for the table.

10/08/2025: When you enter this bakery/pizzeria, it's like entering a Bulgari atelier or a Rolex store... everything is expensive, for example, a coffee cream in a small glass and a pastry cost 8 euros... crazy!!! 😂😂😂 My answer: I paid 4 euros for the coffee cream, not 2.20...

02/08/2025: A three-course meal for ten euros, pizzas are still there, and the desserts are delicious. Excellent quality for the right amount! The staff is friendly and welcoming.

30/07/2025: This pizzeria is wonderful, guys. The pizza is perfectly Roman. The taste is unique. But unfortunately they don't have any dine-in options, so takeout is all that's available.

02/08/2025: We had a green pepper meatball appetizer and an amatriciana one, both truly delicious. From the grill menu, we then chose an American Beef and a Swamy. The former was superb, the latter melted in your mouth. To finish, a sweet and sour drink on the house was offered. The place is small, but new and welcoming, just like the owners, who are also very friendly. We'll be back soon to try other specialties.

03/12/2024: This review will not provide information on the quality of the cuisine, which would appear to be of a good standard from the personal reports I received, but on the quality and professionalism of the owners. I am a fan of Campania cuisine, and by virtue of the good reviews received from trusted friends, I decide to discover this place. I sign up on the Facebook social page, I ask if the dish on the "zite alla Genovese" menu is always available or is it off-menu, and I inform them that I would soon book with a group of friends to try their cuisine, in particular that dish of which we are fond of. "We are waiting for you with open arms", this is the comment on the Facebook page, to which I also put a sappy little heart. This morning I book via the Wa channel, I request 14 places for Saturday 14 December. I was immediately informed that due to an event already scheduled for that date, they could not accept my request. They apologize and at the same time invite me to propose an alternative date. I propose to bring it forward to Friday 13 December; unfortunately the venue is not available for that date either. I therefore suggest moving to the following weekend, Friday 20th or Saturday 21st December, I leave it up to them to choose the day according to availability, however, keeping in mind that there will no longer be 14 of us, but between 8 and 10 people. After a few minutes, I was informed by telegram that the restaurant does not accept table reservations. Thank you for your interest. Stunned by such a response, I highlight the lack of transparency and contradictory nature of their behavior, I invite them to provide the correct information on the social pages they manage, and to quantify the number beyond which the reservation cannot be accepted as it is considered a "table" . (from the exchange of messages I deduce that the limit must not exceed 8 people, but I suggest asking for confirmation). So, if you want to try the cuisine of this place together with other people, know that there is a numerical limit to be able to access; if, unfortunately, you are a typical family of 4 people who would like to spend an evening with another typical family dear to them, also of 4 people, avoid calling them, or book separately. I must say that the managers apologized after my complaints, blaming a collaborator who was not aware of the ban on taking tables. Professionalism and customer care are fundamental, and are not only expressed in the refinement of the quality of the raw materials and in knowing how to cook them. But also by communicating, on websites or on Facebook or Instagram pages, by virtue of clarity and transparency, one's legitimate business choices, such as not taking reservations above a certain limit. And above all, avoiding communicating it telegraphically and abruptly, after a morning of exchanging messages and after the client has proposed 3 other alternative dates at their invitation. For me, for my 14 friends, this place does not deserve to be visited anymore. We need to give positive energy only to those who deserve it.

17/11/2024: Recommended by a friend, I went to this place for dinner with my wife. We ordered and ate everything; from appetizers to dessert. We were very satisfied as all the dishes were of excellent quality. The service was also fast and the managers were very friendly and approachable.

14/06/2025: We ordered drinks and had to wait 20 minutes... When we finally got our order, it was wrong and incomplete. The staff walked away after asking about our order.

08/06/2025: Cibo genuino fatto in casa. Crespelle e ragù bianco top! Buonissimo il liquore al fico, ma quello alla nocciola e albicocca era veramente eccezionale! Ottima la crostata al limone! Servizio veloce e gentile! La location stupenda, immersa nel verde e curata nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo!
