24/08/2025: August 23, 2025 Vacation in Tivoli. Family dinner. Everything was good, the service was fast, and the staff was kind and friendly. They're very attentive to gluten-free options, so I had no problems after dinner. They offered us savory pettole to start the meal, then we ordered four first courses: pasta with cherry tomatoes and sweet bacon, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and pasta with mushrooms and bacon. We enjoyed everything, so much so that the owner, when picking up our empty plates, said, "We wash the dishes here." 😁 And to finish on a sweet note, tiramisu and panna cotta, superb.

25/07/2025: We went here because a friend took us. It was a total disappointment: the meatball appetizer (the house specialty), the bland cacio e pepe pasta...no pepper, we had to ask for it on the side, and finally...the pasta was overcooked, even the carbonara was ordered by other diners. A good place (in my opinion) for tourists and inexperienced students. I don't think we'll return to this place. To be avoided.

29/04/2025: Delicious pizza for a good price. Visited on foot from Fabulous campsite, difficult route, detouring everywhere and along a very busy road. By car we stopped by again on the way back from an outing to pick up pizzas. Once again delicious.

06/07/2025: Driven by the news in a local newspaper we order two pizzas and fried food from them on Just Eat, well the pizzas were nothing special, neither good nor bad, the fried food was all greasy and thrown away because it only tasted of frying oil.

06/05/2025: I haven't noticed all this "goodness" that is so praised in pizzas, I've never had fried foods. Furthermore, he proved to be rude and inappropriate as well as invasive towards those who carry out their work as riders. I won't set foot there again.

06/07/2025: I ordered Kebab takeaway for the first time from this place, really excellent! Good meat, excellent artisanal piadina and well cooked and everything super abundant!! Furthermore, everything arrived very hot and in a short time. Super!

11/11/2024: Amazing pizza! The white one with sesame and mortadella is an experience worth having, but all the others are also worth a taste. The prices are a little high, but fully justified by the quality of the product! The guys at the counter were very kind!

30/05/2025: Typical Tuscan Brigidini from Lamporecchio are sold. I've bought them twice already... they seem rubbery, not crunchy as they should be. The expiration date is written in pen. Without traceability.

31/03/2025: Il giorno prima avevo ordinato pizzette rosse e patate, ed una crostata ai frutti di bosco. Il giorno dopo mi ritrovo in vassoio pizzette patate e zucchine, sono ritornata al forno ed hanno risolto. La crostata se pur buona, al taglio la crema completamente sciolta e non compatta, probabilmente fatta la mattina stessa senza averla messa il tempo giusto in frigo. Capisco che è un forno, però dato che si propongono anche come pasticceria questi errori non dovrebbero verificarsi.

Welcoming service and, above all, traditional home-made products, from cheeses to vegetables, etc. The fresh, handmade pasta was delicious, and the grilled meat, also home-grown, was excellent. Recommended.

21/08/2025: My husband and I had accommodation at the Tritone Hotel Rome next door to Gia Roma. Every spare minute we had, we’d pop in for breakfast, coffee, apertivo etc. we were lucky enough to meet Maurizio (owner) and his partner Emanuella (beautiful people). Wait staff Roberto went above and beyond for us. We had dinner in our very own private dining area two nights in a row and the food was amazing and all homemade 👍🏻 10/10 see pics below. My husband and I will definitely be back to visit Maurizio and his team when back in beautiful Roma ☀️

30/07/2025: Stopped in while exploring, great food and drinks. Beautiful little shop. Highly recommend! If someone from the staff sees this there was some ceramic art in a glass display case near the register. If someone could send me the artist contact info/instagram I would be most grateful! Thx

01/08/2025: We had a great time!!!! The best carbonara I've ever eaten! We also had an amatriciana: really good too! Very good appetizers. And the service was top-notch! Riaz, you're fantastic! You made us laugh so much. Highly recommended. Too bad it has so few good reviews. Very underrated as a place. I highly recommend it.

26/08/2025: We entered this bar at 5:50 p.m. When we sat down, we were told there was no coffee, which didn't bother us because we wanted a few beers to unwind after a day of exploring the city. However, just five minutes after being served, we were informed they were closing. We were frustrated, as it would have been logical to let us know before serving us. When we mentioned this, the girl serving us reacted rudely and defensively, while the guy was willing to adjust the bill, although she refused. The experience was very negative: we went with tired children who just wanted to rest, and we ended up not being able to enjoy ourselves or relax. In short, unprofessional service and a terrible experience.

26/06/2025: We had two glasses of ribolla from a winery invented by the gentleman at the cash register, the wine was served by the tap, they didn't even offer us chips and I paid more than Parioli. The waiter was very kind.
