13/06/2025: one of the worst if not the worst oven on the entire Roman coast. poor quality, always stuff from the day before AT LEAST, price absolutely not adequate and high for the things they give. Found a long hair in the pizza dough itself with no way to remove it, traumatic experience, the foreign saleswoman who served me was also terrible both in understanding what I wanted and in managing everything. I STRONGLY advise everyone to avoid this oven for your health and wallet.

07/09/2025: We went last night for pizza at this lovely place. The pizza is made with pre-cooked, slow-rising bases, a light dough, and a very tasty and, above all, easy-to-digest topping. Great prices...with the option of purchasing pizza bases on-site, both Roman and Neapolitan (with crust), fried pizza, and both classic and whole wheat pinsa. We'll be back; it's definitely worth it.

17/06/2025: I went for a trial period of eight hours, and after I finished work, they told me they don't pay for each day. I have to work at least a week. Is this the law? Is this how the system works?

27/07/2025: I'd like to start by saying that I've always been a loyal customer of this pizzeria, where over the years I've found the highest quality: attention to ingredients, excellent dough, attention to detail... in short, a truly special pizza. For this very reason, I'm sorry to have to report a negative experience. This is the second time I've ordered a family-size pan, and unfortunately, the quality wasn't what I remembered. Last night, I ordered a mixed pan, specifically requesting minimal tomato on part of the Margherita due to an intolerance, but my request wasn't honored. Furthermore, the flavor of the mozzarella (assuming it was actually mozzarella) wasn't pleasant and seemed more like stringy cheese. I'm sorry to write this, because I've always appreciated Alessio's work, his passion, and the quality that set him apart. But at least when it comes to the family-size pan, something has changed, and I truly hope we can get back to the same level we once were.

04/09/2025: The staff is friendly, but the food doesn't live up to the very high prices. The bread is expensive and not very good; it's made from durum wheat, HARD, and very chewy, both inside and out! The pizza is average, I repeat, average... but €20/kg?? Absolutely not recommended.

27/10/2025: I ordered sushi rolls and was really happy with my choice — the food was tasty and well-prepared. Everything was fresh, the rice was just right, and the sauce on top added a nice touch of spice. You can tell the dish was made with care. By the way, I counted the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to my review — it turned out to be super quick and convenient. Now I recommend it to everyone, because it makes tracking your meals so much easier.
