You eat well, genuine and obviously spicy dishes. Staff available for small variations. A place I go to 2 or 3 times a year, always willingly. You are welcomed with a prosecco and proceed by sharing the meat dishes on the traditional ingera. All the stews are worth it, but I recommend the lamb zighini

Mi avevano parlato di questo ristorante in zona Monteverde e finalmente son riuscito a provarlo con un gruppetto di amici.
Ambiente informale, hanno una saletta carina arredata in modo caratteristico.
Il servizio è gentile e non invadente.
Buoni i sapori delle pietanze ordinate, la maggior parte delle quali mangiate, come da copione, con le mani attingendo dal grosso piatto messo in mezzo al gruppo.
Ottimo il rapporto prezzo/portate.

After years I returned this time with my daughter and my wife... what can I say, a certainty!!!
Friendliness reigns supreme, excellent food, various types of meat and vegetables... the typical room is a bit bare, but with the hospitality of the owners you don't notice... wife, husband and a boy at the service. ..thanks for the lovely evening!!!

We went on a Saturday evening without a reservation and with a bit of luck we found a place. The owner welcomed us in a friendly way, we ate well. It was a bit of a long wait but it was worth it. Starters... zighinì, categna (all typical dishes) very faithful to tradition. Excellent experience, I will definitely return...maybe booking in advance.

I like to taste different foreign cuisine and the Ethiopian is one of my favourite. The restaurant is not very big and has two rooms one traditional Ethiopian the other standard. I suggest to book in the Ethiopian one, you can sit in small table where to share food with yur friend. The menu features both vegetari and meat dishes all very well cooked. Most dishes are spicy but there are also smoother choices. If you find yourself needing extrabread during your meal the extremely friendly staff will bring you more. Choice of wine is limited. Very good team. Fair price.
