29/12/2025: Fresh, high-quality ingredients, exceptional dishes! Traditional dishes revisited with intriguing pairings. The atmosphere was refined and welcoming.
Superb fried artichokes, fried zucchini flowers with shrimp and buffalo mozzarella, wonderful. The accompanying focaccia was also delicious! Tonnarelli with mussels and pecorino, or shrimp with pecorino and lime, delicious! Gnocchi with sea bream, pesto, and cherry tomatoes, delicious. We also tried the saltimbocca, very good. The espresso tiramisu was dense and delicious. €35 per person, absolutely worth it. In short, we were not disappointed; highly recommended!

26/03/2026: A wonderful surprise, tucked away on a side street off Via Appia Nuova. The space isn't particularly large, but it's well-maintained and warm, with soft background music. Interesting culinary offerings, excellent value, and attentive, pleasant service. One of those places that instantly makes you want to return as soon as possible! Returned on March 26... always very satisfied, the food was truly delicious, the service top-notch, and a very enjoyable evening.

There's a shortage of staff.
They took too long to make the sandwiches, and my son even had to get his tray because they'd left it on the counter and weren't bringing it to the table... terrible service.

14/03/2026: The place is small but super cozy and colorful. We had a wonderful meal: amazing vegan fried food, excellent pinsa, and the Neapolitan pastiera was also very good. The owner was incredibly kind; I had mistakenly booked the following Saturday, but he did everything he could to accommodate me even though the place was packed!
We had already been here a year ago and will definitely be back!!

Fried:
Amatriciano and nduja, delicious. But the carbonaro is unbeatable. It's been years since I recognized the flavor of carbonara, it was truly excellent.
Pinsa:
Innovative, an explosion of flavors. I had the one with pumpkin, crispy chickpeas, mushrooms, and toasted almonds. Absolutely worth trying.
Main course:
A non-vegetarian friend of mine was curious to try the wild boar and LOVED it.
Dessert:
Sachertorte. I'll be brief, eat it.

I’m an ice cream fanatic, and I don’t say this lightly: this is the best gelato I’ve had anywhere in Europe. The texture is insanely smooth, the flavors are bold without being sugary, and you can actually taste the quality in every single bite.
You know a place is special when you take one spoonful and immediately think, “Yeah… nobody else is doing it like this.”
The staff was friendly, portions were generous, and the whole vibe just feels authentic—no tourist-trap energy, just genuinely elite gelato made by people who care about their craft.

08/03/2026: Discovered this place by chance. In just one week, I, who usually don't like eating out, returned twice with my family.
We truly appreciate how Chef Andrea—in addition to being polite, empathetic, and professional—handles the ingredients with great respect, transforming them into truly sublime dishes.
The menu offers something for every taste, and just browsing through it is tempting.
A place not to be missed and definitely worth repeating. We'll be back very soon.

14/03/2026: A delightful agriturismo, located in a very quiet spot surrounded by greenery. The open kitchen is charming and adds a special touch to the place.
The menu is varied, especially the meat section.
The two of us ordered two tagliata: one with lard and truffle and one classic with oil, salt, and rosemary. Served on a cast iron grill, the tagliata were phenomenal. The meat was high-quality, juicy, perfectly cooked, and deliciously flavorful.
The surprise at the end of the meal? The bill: the prices are super fair (€23 for the tagliata with lard and truffle and €20 for the classic one).
The staff is truly kind, welcoming, and very attentive to the customer's needs. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
23/02/2026: I've been wanting to have lunch at this agriturismo with my family for a while. Everything was truly excellent! It'll be a great destination for our day trips to Viterbo. It's a charming place, with attention to every detail. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

Located in the Garbatella neighborhood, this welcoming and well-maintained restaurant is a delight.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and knows how to recommend and recommend their dishes.
Orecchiette, panzerotti, focaccia, puccia, zeppole, pasticciotti...need I say more?
In short, everything was excellent and I recommend it to everyone.
