30/03/2025: Where to start? Everything you read and say about this place is true! AMAZING! The kitchen reminds you of the one at home with small reinterpretations! The sweetbreads are worth the trip from Rome, the cannelloni are worth the trip from wherever you come from... You absolutely must try the entire menu: you will return to taste what you didn't get. Reservation required at least 2/3 weeks in advance!
18/03/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at Sora Maria e Arcangelo with my family and discovering refined, quality cuisine. Excellent service and selection of local wines. I will definitely come back.

15/03/2025: It's really delicious. I was debating between a course and a la carte, but I wasn't really hungry, so I ordered a la carte. It was so delicious that I ended up eating 4 dishes and a dessert. The staff was friendly and the wine was good. I highly recommend it.

08/04/2025: Domenica io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di fare una gita fuori porta e dopo la visita a Palazzo Farnese a Caprarola ci siamo deliziati in questo ristorante di Canepina. A dirla tutta avevo visto un servizio su Geo che intervistava Felice, proprietario del ristorante, che mi aveva molto incuriosito. La scelta è stata azzeccatissima. A cominciare dal servizio, elegante e preciso, la scelta dei vini con due assaggi proposti da Felice, e poi un tripudio di sapori. Sicuramente vale la pena fare una seconda visita.
29/03/2025: I would like to tell you that it is "the usual slow food restaurant" where you eat and drink well, but it is much more. Special attention makes you feel not at home (if I wanted to feel at home I would have stayed at home) but in a place where food and wine expertise is at home. Explaining what you can eat, its history and how to cook it is a gesture that makes you appreciate what Felice and the others do every day. A rainy Friday night dinner became the best way to start the weekend. Thank you

11/04/2025: Oramai questo ristorante per me è tappa fissa quando vado a Roma e non mi delude mai. Servizio puntuale e preciso, semplice senza troppe ricercatezze ma tutto quello che si può chiedere per una bellissima serata. Questa volta ho gustato fettuccine al ragù bianco di scotto a e tartufo. Un bel piatto pieno. E secondo tris di polpette di Alesso con varie salse. Purtroppo non c’è stato posto per il dolce. Troppo pieno. I vini come sempre tra i migliori e tanta scelta

14/02/2025: Tonight's experience. I book for two people for Valentine's Day with the intention of spending a good evening with good food. We arrive and it takes about twenty minutes just to order, various courses were not available but this is to be considered as it is Valentine's Day. Appetizers: 4 bruschettas 1 stuffed potato 1 plate of raw Picanha (it tasted very little) Main course 800g of poor quality meat with little taste and with the addition of a plate to heat the meat which arrived already cold at the table. 2 glasses of wine, a beer and a bottle of water €130 bill including the coffee brought cold to the table and left like that. I highly recommend this place. I had received mixed feedback and decided to try it, mea culpa but really low level.

05/04/2025: Flavors that recall smells that bring to mind places and the magic of some dishes are the experience I love to have when I evaluate a restaurant. Respect for tradition, wise use of raw materials and mastery in combining them. There are places that remain imprinted in the memory with wonderful images as only Nature can provide. But there are places that remain imprinted in the soul and heart because they are places made by people who give you their love and passion through their art and kindness. People whose eyes shine so deeply that they involve you in every moment and make your experience a journey through the flavors of the soul. This and much more is "La. Stuzzicantina", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity and true feelings that tell the story of Italian food and wine. At Stuzzicantina there is a wonderful copy, Marco and Paola, who infuses all his heart, passion but above all love into what he does. Let's start with a more than exquisite mixed appetizer that leaves those who taste it in silence. A perfect symposium of flavors and aromas that inebriate the senses, the heart and the soul. Dishes rich in flavors that persist on the palate but above all in the soul and heart that fill the voids with intense emotions. Art, mastery and passion are the tools that live in the hands of the chef and shine through in all the dishes. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the raw materials which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly calibrated elements. An incredible balance also supported by the spectacular black truffle used to finish many dishes including ricotta accompanied by a sensational black truffle. The very sweet and super nice chef takes care of the kitchen excellently, managing to serve all the tables like a metronome at an incredible level of excellence. The red wine was excellent, a Primitivo from Puglia, which was recommended to us by the excellent Marco, the host. Full-bodied, firm, deep, persistent on the palate and decisive in the mouth, it pushes all the flavors in every bite, binding perfectly with the ingredients. In the glass it impresses with its intense and vibrant color. On the nose the scents perceived recall ripe red fruit, such as black cherry and plum. We continue with a homemade fettuccine with very fresh duck eggs (see photo) with butter and black truffle. If there is any level higher than perfection, this would be exactly the case. The common denominator of each dish was the perfect symbiosis of flavours, aromas and above all of the ingredients, linked together in a masterful way. Here you will find a concert of perfection and uniqueness that can only be heard and admired by those with a heart full of love for good things. The flavor of each dish that is prepared is like a sweet caress from a mother to her child as soon as he wakes up in the morning. This is a place that gives dreams and sweeps away regrets, makes you truly find freedom, makes you live and feel as if it were a friend sought for a long time and finally found, A set of simple and pure flavors that remain forever. This is why thanksgiving is for what will be and not just for what has been. This is the "Stuzzicantina", where tomorrow is always better than yesterday. 29/03/2025: I've wanted to go there for years. The reviews were good and the name inspired me. It's not bad, but maybe I had created more expectations. The costs, in my opinion, are a little high. What if I go there again? Maybe yes, to give me a chance to change my mind. However from 1 to 10 I would give a 7 plus.

14/04/2025: Un pranzo squisito. Ogni volta che torno a Roma, sta diventando tappa fissa. L'ultima volta ho mangiato dei carciofi alla romana e un ossobuco spettacolari. In particolare, quei carciofi erano così buoni che ancora li assaporo con la mente, quando ci penso. Alla prossima, mio adorato Gallo Nero.
10/04/2025: Ni siquiera se me ocurre nada que no hayamos disfrutado. Todo comenzó desde el momento en que entramos nos sentimos bienvenidos. Los platos que tuvimos fueron Cacio E Pepe y Carbonara, estaban deliciosos. Uno de mis objetivos durante mi visita a Roma era tener estos dos platos y no me decepcionó. Recomiendo encarecidamente el Tiramisu. ¡Gracias!
