An experience that was nothing short of fantastic... small but very nice location, welcoming and professional staff, open kitchen and impeccable food!!!

In a small corner of this immense and immortal city, just a few steps from Termini station, there is this very nice little restaurant... the owner welcomed us kindly and with his Roman accent recommended some exquisite dishes! See you soon ❤️

I had a wonderful dining experience at Culinaria. I started with the burrata with shrimp, which was fresh, creamy, and beautifully balanced. For the main course, I chose the risotto with lemon thyme, shrimp tartare, and licorice. The combination was unique and surprisingly harmonious, with each ingredient complementing the others perfectly. To finish, I enjoyed the pistachio semifreddo, which was rich, smooth, and the perfect ending to the meal. The quality of the ingredients, presentation, and flavors were excellent throughout. Everything I ordered was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would gladly return and recommend Culinaria to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Rome

Last night in Rome and wanted to go to a nice restaurant. This restaurant had good reviews hence why we chose it. The waitress spoke good English but it took a while to be served drinks. Then when we sat down we were told this bread is free from the chef. This actually was €3 each and not free at all. We ordered our food and when it came out it looked amazing. The steak unfortunately was extremely chewy. Asked for it to be done medium rare but came out medium to well done. Lamb was nice and the pasta dish was ok. We didn’t stay for desert but wouldn’t go back! Presentation of food 5stars quality and taste of food 2-3 stars. Please buy better steak and ask how people would like it cooked.

We were in Rome for 5 days and ended up eating here 3 different times because it was just that good. By far the best food I have ever had in my life and I’m not exaggerating. The service was so warm and welcoming, and both the waiter and waitress were incredibly kind to my dad and me. I had the lemon risotto twice and the garlic risotto once, and they were honestly some of the best things I’ve tasted in all 22 years of my life. Every meal was prepared so perfectly and with so much care. I will absolutely be coming back the next time I’m in Rome. I genuinely cannot express how much I loved this place. If I knew the waitress’s name, I would personally mention her because she made the experience even more special. Such a lovely restaurant, definitely go there!

Culinaria was recommended by our hotel concierge (at the Spotlight Boutique Hotel), which is a short walk away— and we could not have asked for better. It is located off the trafficked trail of tourists, yet close to all the action. The food, drink and service are exceptional. Its seating outside is limited, but inside is cozy. This is a place where frequented by those told by others go.

Good food in a quaint setting. Many friendly and welcoming staff, with the right combinations in the dishes. Congratulations!

The waitress, Cassandra, is very polite and speaks good English. The food is delicious. Dinner for two cost €62, with a service charge included in the bill. There's a menu with allergens listed. If you can't finish your meal, they'll wrap it up in a container.
