16/07/2025: A hidden pizzeria on Via di Trigoria. A welcoming atmosphere, especially in the summer, with an outdoor veranda. The Roman pinsa is delicious, as are the various fried dishes. Quality beer and wine, and the owner is welcoming and very kind. Prices are moderately low. Recommended.

25/06/2025: I am writing this review while I am at FASSANGUE (a restaurant where I have always gone with pleasure) which literally saved my evening... I had a reservation for 2 at 9pm today Monday 2 June 2025, reservation confirmed by the girl on the phone with whom I wanted to reassure myself that they were open... well we arrive in front of the restaurant and find it closed, I tried to call on the cell phone which is disconnected... what can I say? After this experience I will definitely make sure to never come to this restaurant, not even if I were starving, and at least for my circle of acquaintances (not a few) I will make sure that no one ever comes here. Even if there was a problem or if there were few reservations (strange since Fassangue is quite full) it would be right to at least warn by call or whatsapp (we are in 2025) That said I continue my excellent dinner at FASSANGUE (yes I will repeat it often in this review) ANSWER: but then you have not read the popo ‘ncazzo of the review, the only ones who make a fool of us are you who take the liberty of opening and closing as you like leaving people without dinner despite a reservation, seriousness equal to 0. Better to lose restaurants like this rather than find them, FASSANGUE all my life look.

02/07/2025: If someone asked me where to find the worst pasta in the world, I’d probably say here. The pasta we had was incredibly bad — after just a couple of bites, I couldn’t eat any more. Honestly, how do you manage to serve such terrible pasta right in the heart of Italy? If you truly want to enjoy pasta or pizza in Italy, avoid the touristy central spots like this one. Instead, look for more humble, local places tucked away in the side streets. They usually offer better food, more authentic service, and fairer prices. Here, not only was the quality disappointing, but the service also felt arrogant and careless — and on top of that, it was more expensive than average.

19/06/2025: In a slightly hidden neighborhood street you wouldn't expect to find such a well-kept and welcoming place both in terms of atmosphere and choice of food to taste accompanied by an excellent selection of wines in which the highly qualified staff helps you orient yourself. The aperitif proposal for €10 is one of the best in the area, with meat snacks (their specialty!) particular and tasty. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is also excellent, but there is also the possibility of taking more filling dishes such as pinse, sandwiches and savory maritozzi! In short, a highly recommended place both for nibbling something and for a real dinner.

16/06/2025: Appendix of historic neighborhood butcher, great quality of products, excellent wine list and attentive service with Paolo (young but very knowledgeable, especially on the wine part) added value!

20/07/2025: We had dinner at this beautiful Agriturismo surrounded by greenery! Stunning location! Dinner with friends by candlelight in a cool garden! The dishes included a local appetizer, first courses, and second courses with a mixed grill of excellent quality, given the local produce. The entire staff was warmly welcomed. Excellent table service! Highly recommended!

19/07/2025: A unique vegan and prasadam location, awarded by the Michelin Green Guide. The restaurant is completely plastic-free and very welcomingly decorated. It's very quiet and comfortable. Everything is very clean and tidy, the food is delicious and the dishes are very original. Everything is developed and tested in our lab and is always freshly prepared. The vegan ice creams and vegan chocolates are unlike anything I've ever tasted, fruity and creamy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will always eat here again.

10/08/2025: A traditional pub that I remembered frequenting as a kid, and rediscovering it almost by chance was a huge pleasure...I thought it no longer existed! Instead, it's still there, with the same helpful and friendly owners, the same excellent beers, and the same quality, freshly prepared cuisine. It was 5 stars, and 5 stars it remains. Timeless!! Thanks for still being there.

10/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Piccola Abbazia is a real gem! 🍺 Their IPA is simply spectacular: fragrant, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The gourmet sandwiches are a delight, with quality ingredients and original pairings. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for enjoying summer evenings with friends at the outdoor tables. I will definitely be back, highly recommended!

30/07/2025: A beautiful dinner on the terrace. Excellent wine, delicious appetizers, and a fish main course. The typical Sicilian dessert was exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

29/07/2025: We were here the other evening for dinner for two, a place recommended by friends; we specifically requested a table on the terrace. Professional service, well-maintained venue, stunning terrace location, excellent food, and a wide selection of wines, with the sommelier's choice fulfilling our requests. What can I say? Congratulations! We'll be back for the tastings!

03/06/2025: volevo pranzare in un buon locale tipico, l'ho trovato e mi è stato fortemente consigliato. spettacolari, Spartaco e le sue deliziose e gentili ragazze. Così se deve da magnà a Roma, così !!! tutto ottimo semplice e tradizionale partendo dai salumi, i fritti e la pasta. non parliamo del dolce, presa una fettona in due perchè eravamo gonfi. tutto super digeribile, grandioso. grazie mille per la qualità e per l'accoglienza. da visitare assolutamente ma, prenotate, si riempie subito.

12/04/2025: Fermato per caso andando verso l 'Aurelia da Formello. Personale gentilissimo, servizio rapido e curato. Menù romano. Mi sono limitato perché dovevo lavorare. Ho preso uno gnocco spuntature e salciccia abbondante ed equilibrato. Un calice di rosso, un acqua. Caffè ed amaro mi sono stati offerti. Ho speso 20 euro, prezzo onestissimo ci tornerò presto, in compagnia, a cena. Perché se il buongiorno so vede dal mattino... sarà un piacere provare altri piatti.

12/06/2025: Ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante dell’agriturismo in cui soggiornavamo, mai scelta più giusta. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, personale professionale e cordiale, cibo buonissimo dall’antipasto ai dolci. Niente è stato lasciato al caso, sicuramente torneremo in futuro.

20/07/2025: It's a great place! Coming out of the MAXXI museum, we accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant and it was a great find. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty too! The owner is a very nice man who came up to each guest and had a short conversation:) told us how best to get to the place we needed and was very friendly! I definitely recommend visiting 5⭐️

14/07/2025: What a discovery! We stumbled upon it by mistake before a concert at the Stadio Olimpico. We needed an early dinner, and right from the phone, they were available to book us a table for the kitchen's opening time. Despite arriving well in advance (30 minutes), due to the rain, we were greeted warmly and kindly, and they began serving us before the previously agreed-upon time. The first courses were delicious: the carbonara was creamy and rich with guanciale, while the other first course (with cod) was flavorful and intense. The walnut bread served in a basket was truly delicious. All the staff were warm and friendly... they even gave us an umbrella so we could get to the stadium without getting wet. Recommended!!!!!
