09/04/2026: I celebrated my graduation on Wednesday, April 8th at this venue, and I can only leave an extremely positive review. From the very beginning, during the event planning phase, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional. They were always ready to listen to every request, offering solutions and helpful advice to make the evening special and perfectly in line with my expectations. Throughout the evening, the service was impeccable. Special thanks go to the waiters and all the staff who took care of the room where I celebrated: always present, attentive, kind, and smiling, they contributed significantly to the success of the event and participated enthusiastically in the party. All the guests also had a great time: they appreciated both the atmosphere and the organization, complimenting me on my choice of venue. There was no problem with the gluten-free menu request, which everyone appreciated and enjoyed. The menu is extensive and also suitable for celiacs. I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning an important event; the professionalism, availability, and customer service are truly top-notch. We'll definitely be back, both because the restaurant offers excellent food and for this positive and joyful way of experiencing the world of work, which makes you go home with a full stomach and an even happier heart. 07/04/2026: A historic trattoria, like those of yesteryear. Every now and then, over the years, we've returned, perhaps during a trip to the Viterbo area, and each time it's a confirmation: fantastic food, friendly staff, always kind and helpful. The interior is a bit dated, but warmed by the beautiful fireplace where the meats are grilled. In the summer, the outdoor space in front of the entrance is truly pleasant, even though it faces the Cassia.

07/04/2026: Easter Lunch We visited this trattoria for Easter lunch with the à la carte menu. We ordered a first course (wild boar ravioli), two second courses (fried lamb and roast suckling pig), a side dish, a dessert, two coffees, water, and house wine. The service was prompt and the dishes were carefully prepared. The atmosphere is welcoming thanks to the very helpful staff and the large fireplace where the meat is roasted.

25/03/2026: My friend Sabrina and I discovered Esco Sazio and fell in love! If you're looking for healthy, nutritious, and super-fresh food, this is the place to be. I had an açai bowl with banana, which was simply delicious, while my friend tried a vegan cornbread sandwich that was truly excellent. You can tell it's a true laboratory: they prepare everything fresh with quality ingredients (because of the laboratory nature, there are no bathrooms for customers, but that's absolutely no problem given the quality of the food!).
