Food: Tasty, well-prepared, and true to tradition. Everything is delicious, especially their specialty: carbonara! Prices: In line with the area and the quality offered. The bill is fair. Service: Quick, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. Extras: The choice between inside and outside is a pleasant one; the spaces are well-organized. Staff: Kind, smiling, and very helpful. In short, a reliable place to enjoy Roman cuisine in a simple and satisfying way. One of those places worth keeping in your address book.

23/09/2025: Love this place—quintessential neighborhood bakery/café. Huge selection of pastries and sandwiches; everything is incredibly delicious (especially the maritozzi); the staff are super friendly, courteous, and helpful; the prices are beyond reasonable; and the ambiance is great. Wonderful place to while away a morning or afternoon in Rome.

14/12/2025: A typical Viterbo restaurant, with a rustic feel but featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. A simple menu with excellent options reflects the freshness of the ingredients. A relaxed atmosphere with a large, beautiful fireplace. Excellent value; the soups are highly recommended. We'll be back!

08/11/2025: A top-notch restaurant specializing in local dishes from the Upper Tuscia region. We tried the oxtail stew, which was excellent, and the pici with bacon and the mixed crostini appetizers were equally delicious! I also highly recommend trying the beans!

What else do you need for a good sandwich? Nothing, just friendly, fast service, and you'll find it here... 👍 I always go back every time I pass through Trigoria. Highly recommended.

10/12/2025: I rediscovered Gusto in another location after many years, and the food was always excellent and the service remained unchanged. The service was excellent, with Jimmy being very attentive and courteous. The traditional dishes included excellent pasta dishes, both matriciana and the classic carbonara, and the light and sublime cod meatballs. Nina and I then reminisced about the old restaurant, and it was a pleasure to find it again in another location. A must-visit for our next Roman holiday.

16/11/2025: Average restaurant; we didn't have a bad meal, but the prices are definitely out of line for what's on offer. I strongly advise against the more expensive tasting menu; in my opinion, it's not worth the money. The waiter in our case said, "I'll take care of you," and in the end, on top of the tasting menu, we also found a hefty extra charge on the final bill. I probably wouldn't return. It's also our fault for not asking for the proper explanation, but the numbers didn't add up.

08/12/2025: The food and atmosphere were good. However, the service was poor: the waitress did not take note when taking our order and, as it was to be expected, several items went missing for our table of four. We ordered four different vegetables dishes to have together with our pasta, but as the meal progressed it became apparent that they forgot about them. When we pointed this out to the staff, two vegetables dishes were made on the spot and brought to us. We then needed to remind them about the other two missing vegetables, who were again made on the spot. The overall interactions with staff also lacked warmth. overly, I would not return.

07/12/2025: Highly recommended! During happy hour we had two Aperol Spitz and a platter of pizza and focaccia slices that were delicious! The atmosphere was lovely and the service was fantastic! We'll definitely be back! 😊

11/10/2025: A Quality Landmark I've had the pleasure of visiting Paneria in Lariano several times over the years, and I always return with great pleasure, confirming the consistent quality of their service and products. The interior is very refined, the exterior a little less so... The entrance is dominated by the display counter, with a rich variety of artisanal breads and desserts. In my opinion, Paneria's strength lies in its attention to leavening. The pizza is thin and crunchy, as per Roman tradition, soft with a high crust, Neapolitan style, always light and highly digestible. The toppings are fresh and high-quality. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive to their customers. Paneria is a guarantee in Lariano; its consistency in excellence makes it a must-visit for those seeking the best.

12/12/2025: I just had dinner with my family. The pizzas were spectacular, the service incredible, the music fantastic and very tasteful, and the price was amazing but not outrageous. I will definitely return when I'm back in Rome! Thank you so much for the service and even a complimentary limoncello!
