Nice place, beautiful, friendly and welcoming waitresses and we ate very well, the waitress was good and had the right touch to attract customers and convince them to come back soon

Stopping in Orte to break up a somewhat lengthy journey, we stopped for dinner at this restaurant. We had a wonderful meal, excellent first courses, wonderful fried artichokes, and a very pleasant lemon sorbet. The restaurant is very large and very popular, run by super-active, dynamic, and friendly staff. A pleasant experience. Worth it.

I went for the first time yesterday to try the pizza. Very positive review. The pizza was good, well-topped, and thin, just the way I like it. The service, all female, was courteous and fast. It also serves lunch and dinner. Given the positive review of the pizza, I'll have to try the restaurant as well.

This is one of the few places in Orte where you can enjoy a good pizza. Here, the pizzas are large and thin, and cooked in a wood-fired oven. There isn’t a huge selection of beers, but the one on offer is particularly good. Highly recommended, especially for those passing through on a trip. But be warned: pizza is only served in the evening. During the day, only the restaurant is open.

Excellent restaurant!! Strengths: Courtesy, hospitality, and quality food ✨. Everything was delicious, excellent grilled vegetables, the pork chop was tender and cooked just right, and the wild boar stew was also very good, incredibly tender. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

02/06/2026: Refined venue, friendly staff, lovely owners. We dined outside, with excellent wine (a wide variety of whites and reds, as well as sparkling wines). A truly excellent dining experience. The chef was absolutely superb. Congratulations!

Trattoria Da Giggetto

02/06/2026: Giggetto is undoubtedly one of the most famous restaurants in the area, well-known and consistently well-reviewed. I tried it for the first time and was not disappointed. The location needs no introduction: it's fortunate to be on the lake in a breathtaking setting! Eating al fresco among the trees in the garden overlooking the lake is priceless. The menu is classic, with simple dishes for all tastes (both meat and fish). Everything is well-cooked and the ingredients are top-quality (the sea bream was truly excellent). The service could be improved. We had the fried lake fish, perfect in quantity (in fact, I'd say abundant) and quality! The purgatory beans, baked sea bream with potatoes, and sliced ​​tuna. It definitely deserves its name!!
