12/12/2025: Typical Frascati tavern, stumbled upon by chance during Christmas shopping. The owners show a refinement in the raw materials. The red Cesanese is good. The combination of cabbage and cheese from the lower Tuscia is interesting.
01/11/2025: I ate at this restaurant for dinner. The food was definitely good, but the service and staff were somewhat questionable.
I'd just finished eating and my plate was immediately taken away from the table. We waited quite a while for the pasta, but above all, the cashier was incredibly rude. She complained that I was paying in cash because she didn't have change. Finally, she gave me the change but slammed it on the table in a rather annoyed way.
Too bad... the pasta was very good!

19/12/2025: Everything was perfect, the food is delicious, the waiters are super kind and helpful. Nice atmosphere, near the tourist attractions. We are absolutely delighted.
19/12/2025: Had a fantastic lunch at Vimi. The wait staff were amazing and made some great recommendations. Great value for money in the area. The resturant itself has a great atmosphere with comfortable seating inside and outside.
Would visit again!

27/11/2025: Pinsa 5*, the service wasn't the best, maybe because there were only 2 of us? They brought the pinsa on a cute little tray, already cut, you had to eat it with your hands, without a knife or fork, maybe I didn't understand the mood of the place... The choice of iron chairs, at some tables, really uncomfortable, I got up more tired than when I arrived 2*, single bathroom for men, women and seniors without a toilet seat, I can't understand why 1*... Anyway, Pinsa worth trying, really good and unique flavors, compliments to the chef..
14/11/2025: A delightful discovery, fried appetizers and pizza, excellent quality!! Highly recommended.

13/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant through a couple of friends, and every time we come, we have a great time. The food is excellent, fresh, and offers a wide variety.
As for the service, nothing to complain about; all the staff are always friendly and helpful.
We highly recommend it!

04/12/2025: The messenger service idea itself is nice, but it's managed like a pay-to-win. Besides, the place is structured in two parts: one large and the other smaller, hidden away. If you happen to be in the small area, it's unlikely the waiters will get through, and it's unlikely the girl for the event will get through.
So, if it weren't for the event, the place probably would have gotten an average rating of 4.
But my experience wasn't the best. I hope this comment helps 💪🏻

We wanted to try the Black Angus cheek and then choose the steak... the suggestion was to start with the cheek, perfect and accompanied by excellent focaccia and some slices of homemade lardo, followed by the American ribeye, tender just the way we like it, with baked potato wedges and grilled pumpkin with gorgonzola...
We prefer beer, and the IPA we chose was a perfect match. The desserts, including the brownie and cheesecake, were delicious.
Highly recommended for the selection and quality of the meats, the ambiance, the service, and the remarkable value for money!
11/12/2025: I cooked the T-bone steak medium rare and it melted in my mouth, and my mind was clear❣️ It was so deliciousㅠㅠ The service was also great, and thank you to the gentle staff! I also ordered shiitake mushrooms, and I wanted to eat it like this in Korea, and the salt was crunchy and delicious, so I wanted to buy some.. You should definitely try it once in a good atmosphere!

17/11/2025: Workday in Rome's EUR district. I decided to try The Green Restaurant inside the Hilton La Lama Hotel. I was expecting the "usual" solo dinner at the hotel, but instead Daniele, Giulio, Simon, Giorgia, and Jimmy made me feel like I was in good company. Top!!! I also want to compliment the kitchen, which, to top it off, provided me with a fruit salad—always a must-have for me after dinner.
05/11/2025: Had high hopes after seeing the high rating but the experience was underwhelming all round. Starters were quite bland, particularly burrata and beef tartare. Main course of pasta came with hard, undercooked pasta - I’m happy with al dente but it was just hard due to undercooking, and the millefoglie dessert was very small and was not at all as described on the menu. Service left much to be desired - our supposedly dedicated waiter was scarcely seen and we were served sporadically by several waiters instead, and one of our party of 10 received their main course 20 minutes after everyone else. Nice decor and atmosphere but everything else falls short.

The atmosphere here is like drinking a glass of wine in a courtyard where you feel catapulted back to the Middle Ages.
Every brick you step on and see around you, while sipping the excellent and "intoxicating" wine expertly served by Master Sofia and Master Andrea, is steeped in history, exuding the energy of a full, dark, and mysterious era.
The magic that surrounds AENOS is an experience worth savouring.
