I've been going there for years and I must say that it's always a guarantee. Everything really good, the quality is high, nothing to say. Let's not talk about the pizza, it is among the best I have ever eaten, for the meal and ingredients. The only flaw is the 100km round trip since I come from Rome. Always with pleasure though 😄

I've been twice, the first time for the pizza which he was World Champion in 2009 of pan pizza, it's the second time I've tasted the cuisine. Unprecedented pizza, excellent dough and exceptional organic products for seasoning, stratospheric fried foods, crunchy batter, no oil and excellent digestibility. The kitchen, on the other hand, has a limited menu with 4 first courses and 4 second courses but done well and of quality... I took ragu gricia and braised beef in wine and they were excellent as were other dishes taken by people at my table. I also bought two excellently made artisanal panettone made by them..... I'm waiting to taste the colomba. Highly recommended

Siamo stati ospiti più volte della taverna, l’ultima qualche settimana fa. Accoglienza, servizio e piatti sempre da dieci e lode. Buoni i fritti e le pizze scelte, super anche il galletto al mattone. Prezzi adeguati all’alta qualità degli ingredienti. Prenotazione consigliata.
