12/05/2025: We waited in line for about half an hour before being seated. The clerk will give a brief introduction first. There are not many items, you can scan the QR code to see the menu while waiting in line. After ordering at the counter, wait for your number to be called and pick up your food. The handmade pasta is really delicious, it's worth the trip.

25/05/2025: Small and delicious trattoria, that smells of home as soon as you cross the threshold. We are welcomed by Sabatino, the very friendly owner who shows us the dishes of the menu that is a bit Roman, a bit Marche and a bit Emilian, but very tasty. We had some amazing ravioli al ciauscolo and the carbonara that - as specified everywhere - is made differently than elsewhere (with bacon and parmesan!), according to a registered recipe, and is very light and enjoyable. Then an amazing shin with cherries, and to finish the best panna cotta I have ever eaten. I think it will become my favorite place in the neighborhood... highly recommended!

27/05/2025: This place is a MUST TRY if you are in Tivoli! I recommend the omakase (the chef serves up several courses of their choosing from appetizer to dessert)! Each course was a delight! The ingredients were all very fresh and the dishes were inventive but also respect tradition, filling (very generous portions) and above all: delicious! I believe they make just about everything homemade, including the piping hot herby bread, fresh pasta and the limoncello. The service was perfect, truly wonderful hospitality and attention to detail.

12/05/2025: Everything is closed before the season, except Momar. The food is amazing. The tuna sushi is amazing, but the tuna steak is simply amazingly delicious. I will definitely come back here. The service is great.

04/05/2025: I would like to say that I have discovered an excellent restaurant in Torvaianica, certainly one of the best in the Litoranea today. Refined venue, polite and very professional staff and everyone in uniform, which never happens. Modern and elegant environment, very clean and fragrant, well-arranged tables. The food is of excellent quality, artfully presented with top combinations. Perfect quality and price. I truly discovered a gem in Torvaianica. Congratulations to the owners, you have delighted us with your dishes. We will definitely return more than a few times.

01/06/2025: An institution in Rome!!! It will certainly be a great disappointment when, hopefully in many years, Gianni closes, he is super good and kind, fantastic stuffed pizza only, go there before he can close or you will regret it, the closing time is 3pm but you could find it closed even earlier if he finishes the pizza he made, go before 1pm to be sure to find it open

19/05/2025: What can I say? Simply exceptional pizza, filled with "tonnata", "granchio", "frittata" etc etc. Gianni is great, great prices. You have to try it! P.S. There is always a line at lunch, Gianni starts taking out the pizzas at around 10:30. By 2 pm the pizzas are finished and Gianni closes. A true piece of magnificent Roman history!

20/04/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante in più occasioni, sia per delle feste (tra cui la mia dei 40 anni), che per dei pranzi in famiglia e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze, location stupenda (di sera poi rende ancora di più con la meravigliosa vista su Roma), portate buonissime, porzioni giuste e non striminzite e rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. Ho sempre fatto un figurone con le persone che ho portato qui. Assolutamente consigliato!

21/03/2025: Enchanting location with an incredible view overlooking both an illuminated swimming pool and Rome. Prominent restaurant located in the Castelli Romani area. Impeccable welcome from the maìtre who assists guests in every choice. The attention to detail and the welcome flutes served upon arrival were very appreciated. Refined and particular cuisine, prices appropriate to the location and the quality of the food.

27/05/2025: An authentic taste of Rome hidden in a side street of Viale Marconi that is worth trying. The place is small, but well organized and focused on the essentials. Abundant first courses typical of Roman tradition, the strozzapreti with green beans and pachino also deserve special praise. At lunch, first course, second course with side dish and bread, for only 10 euros, cost price. With a price like that I thought the quality would go down and instead my compliments to the kitchen. If you pass by there you must stop to eat. Remember to book, because it is very difficult to find a place. Highly recommended
