The pizza at Matusa is truly delicious, one of the best in Frosinone. The place, though small, is new and very welcoming. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality. The only real drawback is parking, which is practically non-existent in the area, but for the pizza, it's worth the walk. Recommended.

The staff is polite and attentive, and the speed of service is amazing. The peanut butter and salted caramel popcorn cheesecake is recommended for a perfect end to a dinner. Satisfied!

Typical Neapolitan pizza in the heart of Frosinone. The location is modern with large, attractive windows, but in my opinion there are too many tables for the available space, making the indoor seating a bit cramped. Service is prompt and formal, as they operate a rotation system, so you won't be forgotten during a long wait. However, I fear it's too intrusive: the waiters try to take your order after a few seconds and hover throughout the meal, ready to clear away empty plates—excessive in my opinion. The bill is reasonable. The pizza is the saving grace, being excellent: perfectly cooked, high-quality ingredients, and easy to digest.
