23/03/2025: I came back here after 20 years and I always found the same excellent quality of food, but with a decidedly improved service and environment! Highly recommended

19/03/2025: first time in an African restaurant, the environment is wonderful and the staff friendly and professional. As for the food, it's excellent but you have to like it, they have particular and very authentic flavours, I recommend, if you like spicy it's fine but in case you can ask for it not spicy, I personally also eat spicy but I found some dishes too strong, mea culpa, next time I'll ask differently :D

04/04/2025: The rooftop dining was a terrific atmosphere. The service was fantastic, Santiago was a very attentive waiter. We had the Fondue with Shrimp, Agnolotti, Grilled Octopus, and Torta Cassata Siciliana. I would highly recommend everything we ate, we will be coming back again our next time in Rome.

30/03/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorantino con amici. Atmosfera elegante ed estremamente curata. Abbiamo mangiato l'Antipasto del Casale un'eccellente scelta per gustare le prelibatezze del territorio, stracotto di cervo, tagliolini ai funghi porcini e cacio pepe ....semplicemente sublimi. Per finire ho preso un tortino al cioccolato bianco con gianduja...una prelibatezza. Servizio attento e premuroso .. Insomma perfetto! Consigoiatissimo

I don't usually get pizza by the slice because often the particular flavors on display don't inspire me, but yesterday at Valter I was even spoiled for choice! the good looks were confirmed by the taste: well-balanced combinations for the specials (fantastic caesar salad) and a guarantee for the classics. The dough is also excellent, with a good structure, essential to support a good distribution of the ingredients and allow the ideal combination of crunchiness on the bottom and plenty of seasoning on top. honest value for money! I will definitely be back!

08/04/2025: Perfect restaurant. People who are tired of pizza and pasta come here. The food is so delicious and the owner is so kind. As a service, they gave us traditional Romanian liquor and told us about tourist attractions that we didn't know about. Thanks to that, we went to Villa Gregoria in a relaxed state after eating. I thought it was the most enjoyable trip to Rome while looking around. A place I want to come back to whenever I have time

21/03/2025: Enchanting location with an incredible view overlooking both an illuminated swimming pool and Rome. Prominent restaurant located in the Castelli Romani area. Impeccable welcome from the maìtre who assists guests in every choice. The attention to detail and the welcome flutes served upon arrival were very appreciated. Refined and particular cuisine, prices appropriate to the location and the quality of the food.

21/03/2025: I chose this wonderful restaurant to celebrate the milestone of my graduation with friends and relatives on Saturday 15/03/25. Gilda, from our first meeting, welcomed me with extreme professionalism and was very careful in satisfying all my requests. The chef's meat menu is simply superlative and was a treat for the palate and the dining room staff made every guest feel at ease and was extremely helpful in accommodating the diners' every need; everything was accompanied by the wonder of the location which enchanted everyone present. Thank you so much for everything, you are fantastic

27/03/2025: Il locale molto accogliente, un ampiaselezioni di vini con relativo sommelier che ti accompagna nella scelta, ma la pasta lascia a desiderare. La pasta con il cervo (senza cervo), l'amatriciana, tanto vantata dal ristorante, aveva un sugo normale e le fettuccine con la mazzetta erano acide. Buono il coniglio. Il personale accogliente, ma un cameriere ci ha trattato molto male quando ho fatto presente la scarsa qualità della pasta
