01/07/2025: A great place to stay, lovely spacious room with a beautiful view. Just 5 minutes off the motorway so very accessible. Nothing was too much trouble for the team running it. We arrived too late to try the restaurant but it was very busy with what looked like locals, a really good sign.

23/07/2025: I had a truly wonderful meal. The food was excellent, everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and, above all, knew how to explain what you were ordering. I found the place clean, as were the tables and dishes. What surprised me most was that they undercharged me, not overcharged me like many other competitors do. They took 59 cents off my bill instead of adding 41. Great! The only problem, I'd say, was parking, but obviously we're in the center of Rome and it's not their fault. Prices are rising, but overall, they're average for other restaurants in the same category. Deserved 5 stars.

19/07/2025: One of my favourite basilicas of Rome. It is a beautiful peaceful place and it contains a mosaic of every Pope of the Catholic Church back to St. Peter. The current Pope’s mosaic is not currently installed but the light now shines on the empty space where his image will be immortalised for all to see for generations to come.

03/07/2025: What is it about Castroni - I must have gone to 6 different ones and the awful service & unfrirndliness is common through all of them. Chsnge your attitude guys cos it's terrible & makes you not want to shop there. Terrible

01/07/2025: It was a standard salad with arugula and lettuce. What bothered me the most was that gloves were not used and that after touching everything, the fruits were peeled and the drinks were made. Hygiene should definitely come first, this is not India, so I am deducting points for hygiene. It is also not very comfortable to sit in the place, of course, most places in Rome are like this, I don't really care about that.

12/07/2025: I loved it. The atmosphere is super relaxed and the food is delicious. I recommend the artichokes! The service is also very good.

12/07/2025: The best experience in Rome. The waiter was really lovely and warm. The menu simple and elegant. We ate amatriciana, cacio e pepe and salad with very good fried home potatoes. After dinner we even got free homemqde limoncello shot. You need to go to this place!!

12/07/2025: We had an amazing meal at Sole & Luna. The staff were very friendly and could speak English although they were more than happy to converse in basic Italian. The food was very tasty and great value for money.

16/06/2025: We had a wonderful evening and can only warmly recommend this restaurant. The waiter, Antonio, was exceptionally warm and attentive – he anticipated our every need. The food was also outstanding – tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented. We'd love to come back!
