26/04/2025: Attratti da questo luogo sicuramente suggestivo abbiamo deciso di passare un pranzo in famiglia. Il cibo è arrivato dopo un minuto e mezzo dall'ordine il che fa pensare a piatti già preparati e semplicemente scaldati. Porzioni misere, disattenzioni ai minimi particolari (es. Insalata portata senza oliera per i condimenti) camerieri in totale caos si sono dimenticati di portarci il vino che, ovviamente, ci siamo poi ritrovati sul conto. Prezzi alti per un cibo che nemmeno ad una mensa. Da evitare.

25/04/2025: Un'insalata nizzarda senza tonno di dimensioni ridicole servita in una cocotte di poco più di 15 cm di diametro per 16 Euro. Vino dimenticato e arrivato a fine pasto e conseguentemente rimandato indietro (il cameriere specifica di non averlo segnato e ci viene incluso nel conto). Tentativo di prendere il dolce fallito. Capisco Floracult, però servizio inadeguato nononstante si sia andati a mangiare alle 12:30, costo dei piatti inadeguato rispetto a misura delle porzioni. Esperienza purtroppo molto deludente. Solo il verde della campagna romana e la compagnia ripagano.

04/04/2025: Il personale è molto cordiale, piatti tradizionali rivisitati senza esagerazioni, il posto ben tenuto. Un ristorante con la R maiuscola!!!

18/03/2025: The food is very good and can be eaten very well, I can't comment on the fish first courses because I don't like pasta with fish, for the rest everything is top notch, the only negative point is that it is frequented by people who unfortunately have little care for personal cleanliness and if you happen to be near one of these people eating you struggle to swallow the food, but it's not the owners' fault..... For the rest I highly recommend it....

02/05/2025: Encantador e íntimo – una experiencia gastronómica encantadora Cenamos en este pequeño restaurante familiar con menos de 10 mesas, y fue una experiencia maravillosamente íntima y auténtica. El entorno era acogedor, y el servicio era cálido y personal - nuestra camarera hablaba un poco de inglés y era muy útil para guiarnos a través del menú. Pedimos flores de calabacín, trufa fetichínica y ñoquis, todo muy bien preparado y lleno de sabor. Los platos de trufa en particular eran ricos e indulgentes, aunque ligeramente en el lado más caro, que vale la pena destacar. En general, la comida era excelente, el servicio era amable y atento, y el ambiente lo hizo sentir como una joya local escondida. Un lugar encantador para una comida tranquila y deliciosa en Roma.

12/05/2025: It's the second time I've gone to get pizza from Valter and I in 3 days, after discovering it. There's very little to say here, they make some absurd pizzas, not to mention the magic they do with the one with octopus carpaccio. All are good, but the one with the carpaccio, chicken and shrimp salad makes you stay speechless. Fried, obviously excellent ones too. Light, crunchy pizza with high quality ingredients, they don't have a flaw, even the queue you have to queue, who cares, even if I wait 40 minutes, it's worth it because you can't find pizzas like this anywhere. Big applause.

14/05/2025: It is not a tourist restaurant, frequented by locals, the food was excellent. The suggestions of the day are the best options. Quiet atmosphere, both inside and at the outside tables. I highly recommend the first courses, the pastas are special.

11/05/2025: Restaurant with a warm Brazilian atmosphere, where the typical and wide-variety cuisine envelops every particular taste, always leaving room for the curiosity of the next taste. The variety of grilled meats is essential in its genre and indescribable, the famous Picanha being served and cooked to perfection par excellence. Really congratulations!!!!

20/05/2025: Nice atmosphere, especially downstairs. Fast service. We had two appetizers and three first courses. Mine was a smoked burrata with tomatoes and a carbonara, my husband a dish with sardines. The first courses were two carbonaras and a cacio e pepe. We also had water and two glasses of wine and a tiramisu. A little expensive than average but still up to the standard of service. I will return.
