21/07/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last night and was truly impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service. I immediately felt at ease, and the waiter who served us was helpful, polite, and professional. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and I recommend going at sunset because the location allows you to enjoy excellent food with an enchanting view.

15/07/2025: Siamo stati domenica 6 luglio a pranzo in compagnia di amici, le aspettative, grazie alle recensioni, sono state soddisfatte!Abbiamo gustato ottime pietanze tutte fresche di produzione locale, per finire la crostata con ricotta e lenticchie deliziosa e ancora calda…Il servizio veloce, la cameriera disponibile e simpatica! Consigliatissimo!!

05/08/2025: The location offers the ultimate in tranquility and well-being. All the staff are absolutely kind, helpful, and polite. There are no exceptions. The cleanliness is excellent throughout (both the restaurant and the rooms). The spaces in our rooms/apartments were perfect and adequate. Both accommodations (a triple and a junior suite) had a comfortable kitchen. The restaurant is excellent, and all the dishes are carefully served and of excellent quality. We had the opportunity to sample many dishes, and everything was excellent. The wait staff is absolutely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They are attentive to every request. The waiting time for each dish is perfect. Definitely recommended, and we'll return as soon as possible.

04/08/2025: A very nice hotel. Beautifully located and very friendly staff. We arrived quite late, but that was no problem at all. We checked in immediately and received a nice welcome drink. Despite the late check-in, we were still able to dine in the lovely restaurant. The room and shower were clean and fresh. The window overlooked the countryside. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very extensive, and the coffee was delicious. In short, a pleasant stay near Assisi, but much less touristy and wonderfully peaceful.

31/07/2025: Esaù, nella Bibbia, scambiò con Giacobbe la primogenitura con un piatto di lenticchie. Probabilmente era stato da Crescenzo e aveva mangiato la sua zuppa di lenticchie di Castelluccio di Norcia. Qui la scelta degli alimenti e la preparazione la fanno da padroni, anzi la chef Alessandra è la deus ex machina dietro a ogni piatto. Davanti però c’è lui, Crescenzo che della parola ha fatto un’arte e così come fa lo scrittore vi accoglie con una sua poesia, sul tavolo, e con la stessa intensità presenta le pietanze e il menù del giorno. Vi siete mai seduti ad un ristorante trovando, sicuramente qualcosa che in parte non andava? Non è il caso del Floyd. Certo è la mia personalissima sensazione, ma rarissimamente mi sono alzato da un ristorante soddisfatto di ogni pietanza. Si potrebbe pensare che il tutto sia compensato da costi elevati, ma no, un prezzo contenuto è un altro aspetto positivo. E poi il caffè, quello giusto… alla napoletana, ne vogliamo parlare? Giacobbe, veramente, non ha mai saputo cosa si è perso.

Dopo il check in, avvenuto alle 19 circa, ho lasciato in camera il tutto e mi sono rilassari un' oretta Mi è venuta fame, ovviamente era previsto che cenassi Ho fatto un giretto e mi sono fermato, premetto che sono vegetariano, in questo localino sul corso di Bevagna (PG) chiedendo se facessero piatti vegetariani La risposta super gentile, e soprattutto molto esaustivo, del titolare è stata positiva. Quindi mi seggo e noto una bellissima Poesia su un foglietto (scritta da loro), assolutamente una novità fantastica e originale Arriva il titolare ed inizia a decantare in modo molto poetico, oltre che esaustivo, tutto le proposte vegetariane Descriveva ne dettaglio i piatti oltre che ogni singolo prodotto (assolutamente di prima scelta) Arrivano i piatti e non manca il consiglio aggiuntivo per ognuno di essi La parte che più vi interessa, cioè la qualità di ogni piatto, ve la racconto ora Ogni piatto aveva una particolarità e la qualità di ogni prodotto e ingrediente era a dir poco eccelsa Ovviamente non manca la qualità eccelsa anche nel bere, dal vino alla birra, chiaramente descritta nel dettaglio dal titolare In conclusione non posso che consigliare in tutto questo locale, un ' esperienza unica in ambito culinario e culturale Complimenti Alessio

21/07/2025: A truly unique discovery. A restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, I recommend going in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space. I have to say that the pizzas are made differently than other types of restaurants, and the high-quality ingredients are also a highlight. The tartare is incredible, high-quality, and offers a great combination of flavors. The Magliale Espacial is definitely a must-try, as it's a dish in which the flavors and tenderness of the meat play an important role. I will definitely return.

12/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5/5) This is my second time back at L'Archibugio, and I can confidently say it's become a must-try every time I visit my daughter. This time, too, the experience was impeccable. We had dinner, and in addition to the delicious dishes, we enjoyed the pleasant evening breeze: the restaurant is immersed in the greenery of the beautiful Umbrian hills, in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, a place that tastefully blends Umbrian and Tuscan traditions, both in its flavors and its hospitality. There were four of us, and we started with a cheese platter designed for two, but so rich and delicious that everyone was satisfied: a sublime selection! Next, we ordered the famous "padellino," tasty and generous, followed by pappa al pomodoro (a dish I've never had), and then a tender slice of beef that literally melted in your mouth, accompanied by crispy, flavorful fries. To finish, a delicious dessert and, like true Neapolitans, a coffee that capped off the meal perfectly. All accompanied by water, local wine, and impeccable service: very kind, attentive staff, always ready to make sure everything was going well. A welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and friendly service: top marks.

28/07/2025: Very good ice cream. We ordered a 500g bowl. Fior di latte with mango and Nutella. Top notch, and 11 euros alone, while the others are usually 13 euros. Very good value for money.

21/07/2025: Delicate and tasty cuisine, the dishes are just right. There's no need to have a huge menu to make it difficult for customers to choose, or for the items listed on the menu to be missing. Superb pizza, dough, quality ingredients, and perfect cooking, efficient service. We'll definitely be back, thank you so much.

27/07/2025: RUN, DON’T WALK, TO THIS AGRITURISMO!! Matteo and Luca are brothers that run this place and not only are they incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is some of the best we had in Italy!!! The pool is beautiful and clean, the rooms are immaculate, and the staff is friendly, what more could you want? The location is hard to find the first time but it’s actually perfect- you are on a mountain away from the noise of the city, but really only 10-20 minutes from any one place. Wonderful experience and we will be back again!!

07/07/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo 3 giorni, circondati dagli ulivi e un delizioso panorama su Assisi. Luca ci ha conquistato con la sua simpatia e Matteo ci ha deliziato con i suoi piatti, le marmellate e l'olio . Un grazie anche a Martina sempre sorridente. A presto!😍😍

22/07/2025: Disorganizzazione e confusione nella gestione degli ordini. Tempi di attesa lunghi. Pizza mediamente buona tuttavia scortesia e maleducazione. Non ci hanno apparecchiato la tavola e siamo stati trattati con sufficienza.

22/07/2025: Siamo arrivati accompagnati dal nostro barboncino, riservato tavolo all’aperto e cosa molto gradita i tavoli risultano ben distanziati. Ottimo approccio al tavolo da parte del personale, sorriso e competenza ci hanno messo immediatamente a nostro agio. Visto che il locale era già praticamente pieno ci è stato comunicato che ci sarebbe stato un po’ da attendere. Bene dopo 15 min le pizze erano in tavola. Pizze veramente deliziose con una scelta molto ampia. Ingredienti ottimi. Torneremo sicuramente

15/07/2025: We came to this restaurant after reading the reviews, so we trusted it. As soon as we sat down, we ordered drinks, starting with the wine, which was warm and slightly acidic when served. For those who ordered beer, they only had the "Breva dei Monaci," which the person who ordered it didn't like, so we asked for another drink. As soon as the waitress saw that we didn't like the beer, she rudely said, "You don't like wine, nor beer either. I think you have some problems..." We should have gotten up and left, but we had also ordered, so out of respect, we decided to stay. We received the strangozzi with truffles, which were slightly overcooked and also sweet, while the Norcia sausage, being in NORCIA, wasn't the best because we've had better nearby. On the charcuterie board, the salami still had the skin on it, the rest of the charcuterie was passable, and the cheese board with jams was nothing special. I WOULD NOT RETURN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
